I eat here three times a week, the customer service went from a 3.5 to a 1.0. Customer service is very important, no one greets the customers. They focus on cleaning up than taking care of customers. Lastly the food quality has dropped significantly. I’m finding a better Mexican food ? place.

Ordered a large order for my company, and the order was cancelled without any communication as to why. Once I contacted support, I was told they do not know why either and that they would have to elevate my concern to their leadership team. No resolution, no refund, no urgency to get this resolved. Chipotle lost a customer and a company.

I usually order online and the food is always prepped to expectations and in a timely manner. In terms of value for price, I tend to get a burrito and double wrap it then slice it in half and get two meals out of it. If you frequent Chipotle often I'd highly recommend ordering through the app every time just to accumulate those points to redeem for sides or even a full entree down the road.Overall, as a Chipotle, great spot and will continue to frequent for the occasional meal-prep aid.

The girl at the register was so damn rude and plain stupid. I told her I wanted a fountain drink and she goes small? And I say yes small. I have my app to scan it and she gets annoyed saying I said I wanted a bottled drink. She goes up to the guy cutting onions huffing and puffing and then comes back to me with attitude saying I messed up. It’s was so rude. For something that was her fault. Nasty attitude

I come to this chipotle pretty often and don’t always have the most amazing experience but it’s fair. A friend from work picked up some food for me and was only given a bowl that was half full. I’m not one who likes to complain, but when I went back to get it fixed I was charged again. Girl behind the counter had an attitude and acted like she did nothing wrong. I recognize the employees from going in so frequently, and had never seen her before. Wish I could’ve gotten it fixed but the service was laughably bad
