“Like most Chipotles, this restaurant is hit or miss depending on the day. Occasionally, they hit everything right and it’s magical. Usually though, something is off. Fortunately, very seldom it’s the food. Maybe the drink station is a mess or the trash needs taken out. Maybe there’s confusion over an online order. Maybe the tables are dirty. Maybe the tables are dirty even when they’re clean. Maybe the music is turned off. Sure, there’s usually a little something off, but in the end, it almost always works out just fine.“
“I only wish I had gotten the manager's name that was in this place today in the 3:00 pm hour. I believe he is the store manager. I had an issue last night with my order and the service. The manager was not only patient, a great listener, and kind..but he also refunded and remade my order. I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time. Even after I repeatedly told him he didn't have to do that...because ultimately there was a misunderstanding on my part for the weird way chipotle charges for guac, he was apologetic about the inexperience and pressure that the workers last night were under. Thank you so much Sir. Thanks also to the young lady that was getting off work, but turned around to go all the way back to the manager's office just to tell him I was there. I started this review "before" going in to the store today to speak with the manager with a ONE STAR...but after the great service by the manager and the young lady, I had to change it. Perfect example of how team work can cause one person to pick up the slack for another....and create an overall great experience.“
