Ordered two pizzas and they never showed up, even though the tracker showed “delivered” (when the driver was 18 minutes away). Tried to call customer service, speak to a manager, anyone at all. Spent 30 minutes on hold numerous times and nobody ever came on the line. Do not order from here. This place is garbage and the manager should be fired immediately.
Tonight we ordered several items from Domino's Store # 4193 in Alpharetta GA. We waited nearly two hours. The tracker kept saying it was on its way. I called the store and spoke to the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. She was the store manager, Lortoya. First she said they only had two drivers but the food was on its way. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza, it never was delivered when it said delivered, no one picked up the phone when I called the store. Someone needs to fire the manager or close the store if this is how they want to run a business.
