The staff is very nice but this location was out of 75% if not 80% of their bagels at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Bagels are your business people! How can you literally have only five remaining choices at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday? Piss poor planning. I probably will not revisit.

I am such a fan of this location! The service is top notch - kudos to Heather for always giving great customer service. She’s amazing!! The food is fresh and delicious - my favorite is the French toast bagel. Incredible!! I highly recommend this place.
I don't know what happened but I used to love Einstein Bagels. Now they are terrible! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel was so tiny and they didn't even toast it. They threw on a cold egg, greesy, undercooked bacon and a piece of cheese that wouldn't melt because it was cold. I predict they will be out of business within a year. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
