Fast 'n Fit Cuisine

Fresh and fit is really good. I have been using a 7 day 3 meal plan for 2.5 months and have lost 14 lbs. They are convenient for delivery options. They also offer full flexibility of selecting individual meals. And have paleo, keto, veg. options. My favorites are the breakfasts, they have excellent sausages, breads, and fruits. I like they are not frozen and are actually fresh meals. Also the portions are really good, so that I'm never hungry.

I've been really impressed with Fresh N Fit, thus far. My husband and I are both starting the second week. We order the 3 meals x 7 days, low carb menu, 1200 calories per day for me and 1800 per day for him. The meals are delicious and filling. We have them delivered. We never have to go to the grocery store or have to spend time meal prepping, coming up with menus, counting calories, and the variety is not boring. The price seems worth the value.

I just restarted my plan after several years and am just as pleased with the food as I was back then. Sometimes, it is not a matter of being "too lazy to cook," it is a matter of calories and nutrients that I don't have time to keep track of, in addition to all of the other things I have going on.
