I was excited to go here after 4 years. The service was horrible. It took over 20 mins for the waiter to come (the place was not busy). The waiter was nice, but we kept having to ask for refills. I got the Philly eggrolls and a grilled chicken chopped salad. The eggrolls came with no sauce. I had to ask for it, and they brought it out cold. The salad for me and another friend was drenched in ranch, not sure when they started pouring the dressing on, but it was soaked and inedible. My friends didn't finish their food either. Took the salad home to try and salvage it, and it soaked right through the container, so in the trash it went. Money down the drain, and I came in from Tennessee just to eat this mess. Sadly, I was the only one who wanted it, and my friends proved their point. I will not return.

Comfortable vibe. Nice bar area and rustic dining area. Apps were awesome! Good menu to pick from something for everyone. Desserts were worth saving room for and splitting. Good teamwork among staff.

Visited tonight and Angel C. was our server. Was not very impressed and have come to expect more from Firebirds. Our beverage glasses remained empty much of the meal and she did not check back very often. The food was good especially the prime rib. I do recommend this. But the service was severely lacking. Really need to fix this!!

Amazing! First time on a Friday evening. Needed to choose non-meat option. The Shrimp Strawberry Salad with Balsamic dressing did not disappoint! The Salmon and parmesan mash taters were a hit. Looking forward to our next visit!

I could not leave here without doing my part for the entire human race. Came here after basically not eating much all day, and usually things taste better when you're hungry. Well...we had the grilled salmon and 3 course meal steak, and honestly McDonald's could probably do better. There was hardly any seasoning, it's almost as if it was washed off. My wife stopped trying to eat the steak, and is now eating her dessert which she says is passable enough to wash the steak taste out of her mouth.We've been all over the world and can honestly say, this is one of the worst tasting food we've ever had.I paid $100 for this

Firebirds is a great place to enjoy a drink at the bar, a meal in the bar or at one of many seating spaces, with very good food, very nice ambiance, and friendly knowledgeable staff.

We came with a party of five and were promptly seated. The hostess was great, and so was the table. The server greeted us and didn't rush us with taking appetizer and drink orders. The wine came right away. The appetizer took a while, but it was a hot and delicious dish. We ordered steaks and didn't get them for an hour or more. The steaks were tasty. He did come back to check if we were happy with the steaks and we unanimously. One of our guests was the birthday. He got a very nice dish of sweets enough for sharing though he demolished the plate. I had to find the server and ask for a dessert menu. I've rarely, if ever, had to locate a server for anything else due to long gaps of time between services. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because the restaurant was busy, we came at a busy time. The staff were pleasant, respectful, and welcoming. The food was very good. I really liked the server. He must have been busy with a lot of tables. Perhaps help from a food runner would have helped.
