The manager saved this from being a 1 star review. Having worked in the service industry at a brewery for 4 years I would have never spoke to customers the way the bartender with the grey beard spoke to my parents. My mom can’t have grapefruit, she asked for a vodka cranberry with orange. 4 people in our party tasted the drink and it WAS grapefruit. We asked politely for new drink and the bartender berated my mother, and refused to make a new drink. He later did the same to my father. The manager made mom a new drink with orange juice he just got from Publix and handled the situation professionally and promptly when I spoke to him. Other than that my girlfriend’s dad waited 25 minutes for a beer that we never received and we never received the pretzel we asked for about 8 times. It’s not difficult to be a nice person. I used to love this place, but I won’t be coming back for a long time since their rooftop bartender is rude, and treats customers like dirt.

We have always loved Jekyll on Marconi Drive but lately their taps are broken, bathrooms filthy. So sad because it’s always been a family favorite hangout!

Don't waste your time or money ordering from their online store. Quick to charge payment but never sent my order and completely unresponsive on multiple follow up attempts

Good beer and good food. I have been coming here for a few years. Over the last several months, the wagyu smash burger has gone from $17 to $22. The value just isn’t there. We won’t be back, unfortunately. Longhorn has a lunch special and I can get an equally tasty burger with fries for $10. Sorry guys.

If we could give more stars we would. Called to see if they had room for 2, and without even asking my name GM held table. Our server Jansen(Jason) was great server and just a great person. Food was excellent, beer was great, and old fashioned was excellent. Too top if heath bar dessert was great. It was our anniversary too!! ?❤️?❤️

Cool spot with great food! My husband and I went with another couple and had a great time. Ordered the crab dip, wagyu smash burger, shrimp and grits and the cbs burger and everything was phenomenal!! We will definitely be back

The taproom on Marconi Dr Alpharetta does not carry the beers advertised, they advised us that we could get them at "the restaurant" so leaving tap room disappointed we went to the 15 Academy St restaurant and upon getting there it's only a bar -no service - and they don't have any Jykell craft beers on the menu and seemed to never hear of selling six packs. As long term customers we're not sure we'll ever return.

Food was fantastic. That was about it. Service was garbage. If I'm paying 17$ for wings, I would appreciate good service. It truly is a package deal, and honestly seems to be a common understanding between the high rent and traffic of restaurants in the area. You have to set yourself apart. It was not my first negative encounter with this location. Will not be bringing clients or guests here until things change.

Spacious distillery and brewery with a character. Service staff is very friendly. Serves nice beer (limited collection only) and hard liqojr like bourbon, vodka etc. Had they served food, I would have given 5 stars. Good place to hold private party and gatherings.

Food was mediocre especially for the price. Service was awful. Were like the only people there with a couple employees. Employees just sat in corners talking. Took like 10 min to order drinks then 10 min to order food. We probably sat at our table waiting for the check for 30 min after we were done. Overall very disappointed.

The hamburger meat tastes (same texture as well) like the hamburger meat they give you at lunch in middle school just slightly thicker (not by much).Just don’t order a burger. It takes longer to get then it does at your local elementary and they also put xyz toppings in the menu description for what comes on it, but when you get the burger only topping x and y are on it.Fries were good though and it was the first hop dang diggity I’ve had that’s ever tasted top notch so I did like that.
