Called in an order and was put on hold for some time. When someone came to the phone, they were very short with me like it was an issue that I called to place an order. Even after me saying thank you, all they could say was Yep and hang up. Went in to pick up the pizza and waited almost double the time they provided over the phone despite it being a slow night. Both employees had headphones in the whole time and didn’t remove them when they were cashing me out. Then I checked my pizza and it was burnt. Horrible experience all around!

Best deep dish pizza, love the buttery crust. Maybe it won't stack up against real Chicago pizza, but the 4 square is just enough to get a fix.

They started closing down over an hour before closing and we didnt feel comfortable or invited eating there. Service wasnt great at all. Got the pizza to go and didnt really have anywhere to eat it so we ate in the car. It was good. Kinda cold though. Id say ok. Just ok.

The carry out process was pretty easy and simple. However, when I came in I saw a gentlemen was boxing my pizza, he proceeded to pour a TON of Parmesan cheese on top of it. I was not asked if I wanted this to be included on my pizza and frankly was pretty disappointed when I saw this as I'm not a big fan of Parmesan cheese on my meals. I didn't feel like being "that guy" so I didn't say anything to him, but the pizza really suffered because of it. I'm really curious to see if this is a normal occurrence with their pizzas. I've always heard this place get good reviews but I really don't see the appeal to their product. Their deep dish is basically a loaf of bread with a thin layer of cheese and barely any sauce. There's so many other good pizza places around town, I really wouldn't go out of your way for this one. And if people want that much Parmesan cheese on their pie, they'll do it themselves.

We ordered pizza yesterday through Uber eats Order pizza with onion bell pepper toppingsThey sent us wrong order with chicken mushroom jalapeños and plain cheese When we called them the guy said they have right order with him there Was their mistake So asked him to deliver as we don’t have car But didn’t want to deliver us saying you not in our delivery range I live in 3.8 miles But the guy tells me come pick it up if you want When I told I can’t and requested him to deliver he said he can’t I told him to keep it and refund He just says call manager tomorrow When we called today They kept on hold for more than 20 mins and didn’t get back or transfer call to manager haven’t refunded also

The pizza is really good. Featured is the deep dish sausage bacon and pepperoni with heavy sauce. The crunchy crust is what makes the deep dish so delicious. This is perfect for those days that you have the munchies or a cheat day!!! We always call ahead even if we decide to eat it there. They also have wings subs and salads.
