Unexpected upcharge on drinks. Food and service was above average, which is something you would expect in this area and price point. When the bill came, we were a bit put off by the $2/ice block upcharge for each old fashioned we ordered in addition to the premium bourbon we selected. The fact that you would make a proper old fashioned with crushed ice was a bit puzzling. Another excellent experience @ Lapeer. Our server Lexy was timely, professional, friendly and courteous/. Food was again fantastically prepared. Blue cheese wedge and ribeyes for both of us. And the Eagle Rare old fashioned and Tito's Cosmo are top of the list in ALPH. We'll be back! Rick & Kris
