We have always been happy with the food, service and cleanliness of Maple Street in Alpharetta but today was the first time we had been since having our baby.She was sitting in the highchair and nodding her head and bumped her mouth on the edge of the table. Nothing hard, but it scared her and she cried. The woman working (I wish I got her name) rushed over after my husband took our daughter outside to calm down and brought a cup of ice and a wet paper towel to help soothe her mouth.It takes a village. And this sweet woman proved that. I feel AT HOME here. And I wish I got to properly thank her.Way to go above and beyond for a guest.

Fun corner restaurant with good coffee and food. While this restaurant is a regional chain, it doesn't feel like it. Service is friendly and attentive and the food is good, but inconsistent, hence the 4 star rating. It is never bad food, but sometimes the gravy is a little thick and salty and other times it is spot on. Love the coffee blend, in particular the maple tap. It is not overwhelming and a fun little option to shake up the morning coffee routine. They have a massive table in the center that can hold 10 or 12 comfortably, and you can feel like a knight of the round table to boot. It had been a while since I was here, but will start coming more frequently I think.

I’ve never known anyone to have anything but a great experience here. It’s an efficient, clean, and cozy restaurant with employees who care. I dig the Sticky Maple. I’ve been here with others who have ordered sundry selections and all of them have been more than pleased. The food is as delicious as it sounds on the menu. Oddly, the biscuits are good, but they’re not “WOW!” I could do without the constant country music. At least the volume is low.Parking: There’s a free parking garage across the street, easy.

This place is in a very convenient area with plenty of street parking and nice ambiance, amazing variations of coffees. Actual dishes we had were not good unfortunately. Our biscuits and gravy was lukewarm and biscuits were not good and potatoes did not feel fresh. Their grits were delicious.

So the food itself was ok. The best thing about the biscuits are that the meat is indeed crispy but no seasoning on the meat itself. Same with the fried green tomatoes, crispy but no seasoning. Sidenote goodluck finding parking its terrible.

Be ready for the wait! We were there on a Sunday at 11am, the line to order was about 10+ minutes, and we were also told the wait time for the food would be about 35 minutes. We decided to wait, it ended up being around 20 minutes. It's good they sat the expectation for longer rather than the other way around.Finding a table might seem challenge at the first sight, but it wasn't that bad actually as most people don't sit there for long after they finish their food.For the first timer, it might be a bit on confusing that the coffee is a self-service style, they have mugs and to-go cup by the self pour coffee area, it's more or less of an honor system as they likely won't know who paid for coffee or soft drink and who doesn't. The cashier didn't tell us it's all self-service, but we did figure it out ourselves soon. Wish this was explained during the order and not just assumed the customers would know it.Wish their biscuit size is a bit larger, so that will fit the items they have with the biscuit better. And really a larger plate should probably be used so guests have more room on their plate to work on their food.Overall, great popular local spot and great food! We will consider revisit in the future!
