“We were here yesterday, we placed an order inside through a machine, but took it home with us. While we were waiting for the order, I looked around the room, it was clean, comfortable, at the entrance there was a corridor with 2 neat cash registers and a delivery table, a separate room for children with slides, climbing frames and tablets on which you could play. And there is a separate room for adults who don’t want to listen to the screaming of children. The food was prepared quickly, the food was delicious, the order was exactly what we ordered. I don't understand why there is such a bad rating here but everything was as excellent as possible! We will definitely come back when we have the opportunity, unfortunately we live 45 minutes away to the south and the service here is not at all the same?Kid-friendliness: There is a large play area for children, separated from the main hall!“
“Writing this because of 2 employees in particular. I usually stop here on my very early commute from Atlanta to Athens, so I am usually half asleep & unfortunately I don't know their names. But these ladies are so kind and awesome at 6 in the morning. I have tried stopping at multiple McDonald's on the way to get a coffee & something to eat & I either get "we don't have that" or the employees don't even answer the drive thru... so I stopped at this one & I'm glad I did. They are so friendly & fast with their service, I know I wouldn't want to be at work that early & I'm sure that's why everywhere else stinks so early, but these ladies are awesome. The food is typical of McDonald's, you can't come here & expect to get a 5 star meal. But like I've said in a ton of my other reviews, service always means so much to me. These ladies are awesome & I look forward to the good morning I get each visit. Very refreshing to get such kind and genuine service!“
“McDonald's as an overall chain has been declining in quality of service & quality of food while the cost has skyrocketed. On a whim, we tried this McDonald's and ordered through the app. The app was easy to use and actually tracked where we were in relation to the restaurant. When we arrived at curbside, our food was delivered to us within a minute. The quality of food was surprisingly good. The fries were hot, fresh, & perfectly salted. The cheeseburgers had a good flavor and not smothered in condiments. Lastly, the soda mix was spot on. I normally don't waste my time rating fast food restaurants. However, kudos to the management for a job well done.“
“I ordered on the app after 11pm. I didn't have high expectations but I also had a craving for McDonald's and it's been months. I pulled up in the drive thru and got a friendly greeting. I gave my order number and drove around. My food was ready in less than 60 seconds and the guy handing me my food seemed to be having a good night. It's unusual to get friendly service within an hour of closing at any fast food joint. But then as I reached in my bag and grabbed that first fry I was shocked. It was a little crispy and seemed fresh. I think it's been years since I had a McDonald's fry that wasn't half cooked. Maybe the stars just aligned for me tonight but I gotta give five stars for the team working at 11:30pm on June 16. You guys were on point. I wish every McDonald's lived up to tonight's visit.“
“The experience of consuming the french fries here is unrivaled by any other dish I have ever tried. The warmth and savor of the potatoes mesh with the salt in a way that invites choirs of angels to sing into your head as they massage your taste buds. This feeling is only intensified as you reset your palette between sips of Coca Cola, multiplying exponentially with each gulp. My only regret is that I will never be able to enjoy other french fries ever again because of how severely they are out-shined. Nevertheless, I thank the minds who conceptualized such a heavenly dish. I thank you greatly.“
“This is the best managed mcdonalds within 15miles of me. I go out of my way to come here when I need fast food. Whoever does the hiring has a good eye for good employees. They have never messed up my order (the other mcdonalds always gets it wrong and have a bunch of teenagers who are constantly distracted), they are reasonably fast and the employees always seem like competent people. Like just the short drive thu engagement with them its easy to tell that they are paying attention to their job and do it with a professional competence.“
“They were very busy both drive thru & inside. We ordered from the Kiosk inside. The staff worked well together cooking, preparing, serving food. Our order was customized & also made an add'l request @the counter. The order was perfect, very fresh & very good. Staff was also very pleasant. Before leaving I thanked them for our tasty meals. They deserved to be recognized. They deserved tips tonight even though this is one establishment that doesn't ask.Dietary restrictions: No salt on burger & fries.“
