Inconsistent at times, which is unfortunate. Really you soon joy the specialty pizzas but feel like they have dropped off a bit.

We were the only people here. We had to ask for most things twice because she forgot them the first time. She forgot an entire salad entree so we just said screw that. Was looking to have a few drinks but wanted to get tf out after just one. I was trying to spend my money here but this will be my last time here no doubt. This has been a terrible experience for a mellow mushroom and some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

Slow as the hell the past three times I picked up pizzas. ORDER AN HOUR IN ADVANCE because that's how long it takes the pizza to be ready (even if you're just ordering one run-of-the-mill medium pizza). I'm not kidding. At least the pizza comes out fine.

Overall bad experience. Service was poor and slow. Ordered the pretzel bites which weren't even made of pretzel but rather pizza dough and were so badly burnt I actually cracked a tooth biting into one. Ordered the House special pizza (burnt as well) and honestly, I've had better frozen pizza! We typically love MM but this location is the pits (should've read the reviews before hand). We won't be back!

When I visited today, most of the staff were not wearing masks or gloves, including kitchen personnel and the food runner to/from the parking lot. I got the impression that they don't take covid-19 seriously.

I eat lunch at a mellow mushroom just about every week and it’s always great service and great food. However this location is so slow that I need to let everyone know to stay away. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get my drink and the sandwich took over 30 minutes for me to get.

The servers were nice but the we waited a really long time for our food. They forgot to put in two of our orders so half of us ate while the of us waited. The pizza was cold and burnt and they said it was because we got a vegan pizza. I would not return or recommend to anyone.

This location has very slow service. One other customer in the shop. Waited 39 minutes for half a sandwich. The server could have less if I was there. She didn't even ask if I wanted a refill on my beer.I expected more from from a big chain. I will never return to this location.

Came to this location tonight for a quick dinner with my boyfriend. They seem to be short staffed, as the female waitress was running around the restaurant like crazy. The food was great, but the make waiter seems to be the problem. The teenage boy had an air pod in his ear which looks extremely rude and unprofessional, and kept hanging out in the kitchen talking to people. There were customers on the patio complaining about not getting their food or refills. If I was the manager I'd fire the teenager in a heart beat. We also overheard him telling the kitchen the place is too chaotic. It wouldn't be chaotic if he was doing his damn job! He could have easily been cleaning tables, refilling drinks, or taking orders but he was hanging out in the kitchen complaining too much. As far as the female waitress working tonight. Props to you. You should be a manager. She ran around the entire restaurant and had excellent customer service. This place just needs to be run better.
