Maybe this was a bad day. The restaurant was filthy, it was empty so no excuse. Always a red flag! Good on the floor, tables not clean. The spinach dip was hard the wigs were half raw and as long as I have lived in ATL I've not tried the place I've heard so many great compliments,! ,30 plus dollars wasted on wings and

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I placed an order and the incorrect order was delivered to me. I proceeded to speak with a manager (offered to send pictures of the incorrect food that was delivered to me) and the manager kept raising his voice at me stating that this was not his fault and he could do nothing about the issue. I kept inquiring if I can at least receive a refund, but manager kept telling me that the "correct" order was indeed delivered to me, although I kept telling him that I received a completely different orde than what my receipt was showing. Manager hung up on me.Severely disappointed with this location, as a regular customer should be treated with respect and understanding!! This is not what customer service should look like anywhere!

Our server was very good. He was attentive to our group. I had the jerk chicken hoagie. It could have used a little more jerk chicken spice but it was good. The surprise were the pineapples. I feel like they get me.

Love this Mellow Mushroom! I go here for lunch all the time. The food is excellent and the service is amazing. Always happy when I get Susie. Susie is such a great server. Everything is perfect and I never run out of Sweet Tea?. She is professional and really cares about the customers.Thanks Mellow Mushroom for another great meal and an awesome server!

Went in and saw a sign on the door that said " Closed, Pick up welcome" so we decided to go in and ask if we can place an order togo at the counter and the man started explaining to us very rudely that he's turned all the ovens off and to read the sign. The sign was very misleading given we assumed we were able to get a pizza for carry out. Them not being able to seat us was not an issue, it was the nasty attitude he had as if we were supposed to know upon entering that they turned the ovens off. The man had an accent and was middle aged.
I have been coming to this MM almost weekly for years. The pizza is great and the staff is friendly. The salad is always fresh. It tends to be crowded at lunch, especially with large groups from local offices, so you might want to time your visit so you don't arrive between 12-12:30. Or call ahead if you have a bunch of people. Outdoor seating is covered and generous. It's on the parking lot but not by the road so it's not noisy.

They will get a 2/5 from me. We ordered a house special pizza tonight and it was the worst pizza we have had in a long time. Until now we have never been disappointed by Mellow Mushroom. We have been eating there for ten years at this location. The manager just apologized and that was all. We were not looking for anything free but the manager did not anything to make the situation better. If this is going to be their standard, frozen pizzas are not bad and 1/3 the price.

The pizza at this mellow mushroom was amazing perhaps even the holy grail of pizza! As well I was blown away by the fair maiden known as Susie serving the restaurant, she was swift in movement and chock full of charisma and charm! In my mind I was taken back to the times of old watching her serve delicious pizza and cold thirst quenching beer! They were under staffed but it was hard to tell with her big smile and amazing service as well as how fast the food came out!
