The worst service I have ever received was in this restaurant, we were customers with my family but something always happened with the attention of the manager or the waiters, we decided not to return again because the last time they literally took us out of the restaurant when we had not even finished eating because our The table was supposedly reserved (we were located in an igloo outside the restaurant for which we paid $10) the manager told the waitress to tell us that if we didn't leave he would charge us another $10, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Tried to call in around 8:20. On Google it said it closes at 9, so I called in for a pickup. The person that picked up the phone kept saying "hello, hello" and then hung up. I thought maybe she couldn't hear me so I called again and got the same "hello, hello." Called a third time and I got the same result. Then I saw on the bottom of the "order online" page on their website that it closes at 8:30, but the main page says 9 as well. Now, she could have just said "Sorry, we close at 8:30," then no problem I understand but instead she chose to be rude. I don't enjoy writing this because I love their pizza, but that's no way to disrespect someone just because they didn't know the place was closing in 10 minutes.EDIT: Rating updated. Talked with them and they were very helpful. Melissa Velazquez was very considerate and offered a gift card. I've been here several times and know it was an isolated incident.

First thing to note for all. Although the website indicates bottomless aperol spritz and the menu does as well for Saturday and Sunday. One thing it doesn't say is it is only good until 2pm. Quite a surprise when we arrived this evening. Very disappointing and the waitress seemed to care less that nowhere was the 2pm timeframe stated. Pizza took a very long time to come out. I asked about it and seems they may have forgot as it came out soon after and the crust was mushy and doughy like it needed to cook longer. Toppings were very limited and overall not a memorable pizza. Potential is there but several misses with service, food quality and misrepresented menu items that weren't honored.

They have a nice outdoor seating area with live music. The food is good & the staff are friendly.

What a great like find! Intimate atmosphere for dinner. We shared appetizers and a small pizza, and we were able to do some customizing on the toppings.

Ordered an extra crispy pizza with pepperoni and onion. Got it delivered. Pizza was soft, doughy, no pepperoni.

We love the flavors, the unique choices, & the crust is amazing but they've never seemed to be able to equally distribute the toppings. strange & frustrating

Some of the best pizza in the north Georgia area. It is a solid 8.1 on the pizza scale. Good undercarriage and nice crisp.

I'm from Connecticut with the best pizza in the USA. My coworkers suggest this place and as always, I was suspicious. My fears were unfounded. The crust was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Sauce was good and the best part was the fennel sausage which was aas good as any in Connecticut. Good service and prices as well. Northerners don't hesitate to eat here! Almost forgot, roasted olive appetizer with pecans was excellent.

The quality of the dough is wonderful. Love the ambience and atmosphere. When I ordered it in, I had to recook the pizza for a good 10 minutes and add cheese as the dough was soggy and half of the pizza didn't have any cheese. The pizza seems to be very saucy with not very consistent mozzarella.

Really disappointed to be leaving this review. I ordered an extra large gluten free pizza through DoorDash. I get a call from the restaurant that they only make gluten free in 12 inch. I paid for an extra large and asked if they could do anything to solve the issue, perhaps give me a second pizza and I was told no. I then asked to speak to a manager and I was told I was speaking to a manager. The woman then refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager, Stephanie and she was equally rude and not at all apologetic for the behavior of her staff. If there’s an error in the app, that’s not the customers fault. They should fix it and be gracious and offer solutions, but it’s very clear that they don’t care about their customers or customer service. It’s a shame, I live in the neighborhood and use to go here all the time. I won’t be back.
