We bellied up to the bar for a drink and snacks on a Friday night. It was early and empty. We ordered a glass of wine and a beer, and here is where I began to become annoyed. The list of wines by the glass is limited and poorly selected. The only chard by the glass is $20? This tells me that you're looking for ways to take advantage of your customers. It's pretentious and inappropriate imo. We ordered the charcuterie board and asked to substitute out any blue veined cheese, which they accommodated. The board came with two cheeses, neither had any flavor at all. The salami was average, the bresaola was good, the prosciutto forgettable. There were 4 tiny slices of toast on the plate. The whole thing was poorly thought out and tasted like it was from Publix. People have been telling me to go here for years, so we thought we'd start slow. If these things can't be done well, why would I come here for an $80 steak. No thank you. The bartenders were pleasant, but not overly concerned with anyone's experience. Too many good steakhouses to blow a pile of cash for an average night.

If you ever get a chance to try this place out, request Kenneth as your server. He made the entire experience next level. He paid special attention to detail, was quick, very knowledgeable, all around an amazing server. Food was phenomenal, you honestly can’t go wrong with any of the food there! Everything was incredible. Scallops 5/5, Crab Cake 5/5, Oak burger 5/5, Dessert was amazing as well! Looking forward to eating there again.

After having an average experience we were invited back by Sergio the manager to try the restaurant again, and it was an amazing night. The drinks and service were top notch, excellent appetizers of blue lip oysters, scallops, and tuna tartare. The ribeye I had was cooked perfectly and wife had market catch - king salmon which she loved. We enjoy theatmosphere of the place, and I need to go back to try more of the cocktails. We will be back soon.

My wife and I had an outstanding dining experience this last Sunday night. I have dined here a number of times and it was just as I remembered it...excellent. Great atmosphere, great service, and of course great food. I want to give a special mention to our waiter, Cam, who went above and beyond what I was expecting. I rarely give reviews that aren't 5 star.... I wish I could give this place 6 stars. The entire experience was as close to perfect as you could want. Staff was brilliant. Food was spectacular. Ambiance lovely. They actually know how to make a crab cake, which is rare outside of Maryland, AND the Wagyu is not to be missed.Thank you. It was wonderful.

I have been to Oak many times. Never had issues. Tonight stood out the most. Kasandra was our waitress and she was amazing. She tended to any issues we had and any questions with ease. Constantly checked on us and never rushed us. She was overall amazing.

Unusually long wait time for our entrees due to equipment being down (90 min) with no compensation given. Apparently, according to another reviewer who dined the same night, the restaurant comped them $160. I've reached out twice to the restaurant and have not heard back as of yet.

Unfortunately, one of the grills was not working and they had to use a backup grill at the back of the kitchen. This resulted in the orders being backed up and us having to wait an hour to get our entrees. Two of the steaks had to be sent back because they were undercooked. My steak was outstanding. Fries were excellent, brussel sprouts were very good, Mac and cheese was average and the asparagus needs to be rethought. Because of the issues with the meal, we were discounted $160 on our bill. They tried their best dealing with the grill problem.
From the atmosphere, to the food, to the excellent service, Oak Steakhouse did not disappoint. I made a reservation, and although they could not find it we were promptly seated and treated very well to a very nice evening meal of Bolognese and Tuna Tar Tar. The experience was excellent.

My husband and I were in town visiting, and wanted to try this restaurant. We were beyond impressed with the food, but especially the service. Our server, ‘Sargent’ Saji (sp) is incredible! He definitely tailored our experience to feel very personalized. This is very rare and we appreciate the fact that it feels like all the stars aligned for an incredible meal and experience. We will definitely be back!!

Love Oak!!! Always a perfectly cooked steak! So delicious with wonderful sides for sharing! The fresh bread at the table is a delicious start to a perfect meal. Great wine list too. Highly recommended for both business and pleasure dinners. Love bringing people here for an incredible dinner. My personal favorite steakhouse in Atlanta

We had Alicia or Elisa as our server. She was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. She was very personable and never let a drink go empty. Drinks and food were excellent and everything came in a perfectly timed manner. Based on this experience we will be coming more often. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
