This was probably the most depressing establishment I’ve ever walked into. Don’t go here, terrible food and horrendous customer “service” - waste of time, money and any energy you might have…..

I truly enjoyed my recent dining experience at this Panda Express location on Holcomb Bridge Road! Brenda was so kind, friendly and helpful while preparing my to-go plates even after all the requests I had! She ensured that all my food was hot and fresh and never seemed bothered when I asked for certain things. I certainly appreciated her pleasant attitude and her diligence in getting my order together. If she isn't a manager, she should be one because she has a work ethic and SUPERIOR customer service skills that would serve as a great example to the ENTIRE team! Five stars for Brenda!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I ordered Panda Express through the mobile app, and I never received my food, through email the track order advised the driver picked up the food and left at 4:14p the delivery will be shortly at 4:45p by 5:07p the track order showed enroute. Then finally delivered at 5:15 and I’m standing out front waiting for the driver. I called the store to advise the tracker shows food delivered but I did not receive it and they stated I have to contact door dash?! On the app I am ordering directly from the company, I don’t understand what DoorDash has to do with the refund or remake of food. Anyway so I had to call corporate….. ugh I explained the story like 3 times to the associate at the store then the Manager then the corporate associate. Let’s see how this goes…..
Pulled in at 8:24 on a Friday night. Asked if they have any more orange chicken. The guy at the fryer says “I’m not cooking anything else tonight”. They close at 9:30. Unbelievable.

It's a nice experience not only to do a takeout but also eat there. Although, we had to wait a little wait because, the orange chicken finished, but the service was good just like the food.

showed up at 9:02pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and kept saying “y’all close at 9:30pm” as clearly stated on their hours of operation. they pretended not to hear me until I knocked louder. just told me they are closed.

Jordan (the manager) is so friendly and welcoming! He was very attentive the moment we walked in, greeted us, and politely served us. Generous portion, tasty food, friendly staff, can't ask for more. Will come back for sure!

This Panda Express location at 2622 Holcomb Bridge Road in East Roswell is my weekly "go-to" for fresh, tasty Asian food! I always get generous portions of Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, Super Greens and either Kung Pao Chicken or Mushroom Chicken on the "Bigger Plate" for me and my family. I love the staff who always greets me with warm salutations and great smiles, especially a staff member named Jordon who's such a friendly and wonderful guy! I never have issues with my order and my expectations are not only met, but EXCEEDED when I go to this Panda location! Always clean, well-stocked and ready to satisfy my appetite??. Thank you, Panda Express, for being my favorite local eatery that I can always depend on to provide me with a great and economical dining experience!
Unfortunately this location has truly gone to hell and should be closed down. Employees have gone drastically down hill and wait time is minimum 30 minutes with employees constantly lying about when the food is coming out. This particular Panda Express was never a beacon of functionality but truly it's become unbearable. Two people who were there before I arrived wound up just leaving because the food that would be out in 5 minutes continued to never come.

was not open on time went to the door at 10:35 employee ram to door and LOCKED IT when let in no food was ready fuck this panda and only had large cups so if you wanted a drink you had to pay 3 dollars
