Looking for a nice dinner out? If so, must go to Ruth Chris. Hubby and I enjoyed our steak, potatoes, salad, bread and drinks. Service was excellent, food was phenomenal and it’s a lovely atmosphere. Something important to know is that if your payment method doesn’t have a chip, they won’t accept it. (Gift cards as an example) Overall great experience!

Myself and my significant other went for my birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We did have reservations @ 830 we were at least 10 min early and were greeted promptly and set. At the table, we had a reservation for birthday party. Our waiter Ritchie was phenomenal very attentive and went through the menu with us.The stuffed mushrooms were very tastefulI ordered the NY strip med-well which was cooked and seasoned to perfectionHe had the stuffed chicken which was also delishFor sides we choose au gratin potatoes and garlic mashedRitchie also made sure my significant other was given cheesecake as well. I had chocolate mousseThe food was served hot, fresh, and still searingPortion sizes equate to at least 2-3 pplThe staff is very attentive the manager on duty (Caucasian male) asked about service, foodPrices are on the higher side our bill was 160, excluding tipThere was a party on the other side but from observation, they rented the entirety of one side/ upstairs. We just had such a perfect dinner and evening at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Alpharetta, I wanted to share this with others who haven’t yet dined with them. Our filet mignon entrees and sides were absolutely delicious, buttery tender, perfectly seasoned and beautifully prepared, and the service was terrific, and our attentive server Robert made our evening really feel special. This is the best service and food we have experienced since we moved to Georgia 7 years ago. What a romantic ambiance too, perfect!

My husband's favorite was the mousse cheesecake. He couldn't believe the portion was so huge and he LOVES chocolate. Service was great (I believe her name was Christa... absolutely phenomenal young lady) and the food was good . Would definitely return .
We had a great experience! Our server Kayla was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was wonderful as always! We went for a simple date night and truly enjoyed the evening. We plan on returning again soon.
Made a reservation for late Valentines Day dinner. We were seated in a room made for a private party. There was a large group there at one table and we were the only two other people in the room. I felt like we were crashing their private event. They were enjoying themselves and occasionally loud which was their right given the circumstances. It was awkward for my party of two and was not the experience I am accustomed to having at such similar restaurants.
It took a long time for them to take a drink order. We ordered two cocktails from the bar that took forever to get to us. Once we got these drinks, they were not drinkable they were terrible had to send them back in order more drinks it appeared. They were short on help, because the service was really slow but like always, the food was excellent

Staff were very nice. Atmosphere was very nice as well. However the house made Balsamic vinegarette dressing tasted nothing like balsamic vinegarette dressing. And my Filet steak was burnt on the outside. Not a fan of the extremely hot plates either.
