Made the mistake of eating here yesterday (3/23/24). Hostess told us the wait would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later and after seeing her take two parties that came in after us, one of which seemed to be a regular customer because she seemed very familiar with him, she finally was able to get us a booth. The waitress Victoria was nice enough but seemed very frazzled. She brought our drinks with no ice so they were warm. Our order came out completely wrong - I ordered a burger and onion rings, no tomato, extra onions and I asked for mayo and mustard. My burger came out with tomatoes, no onions and no condiments. It took Victoria 10 minutes to bring condiments for my burger. The onion rings were the worse I ever tasted. NO flavor and totally inedible and came out with no type of sauce to eat them with. My daughter requested horseradish on the side for her onion rings - we never got that. Why are they so stingy with condiments? It's ridiculous. I asked the waitress to bring fries in the place of those nasty onion rings, and even that took too long. This was a waste of time and money. Never eating here again.

Parking for lunch is an absolute nightmare.I had 6 people for a business lunch. Service was miserable, slow and inaccurate to the point we gave up on asking to correct things, as we all ate at different times, stretching into a 2 hour lunch ( this was after peak lunch hour too). I ordered the salt and pepper trout, it was overcooked, dry, and lacked the corn salsa topping shown in their adverts.I have been going to Ted's since they were just starting out, at different locations, and they remain one of my favorite chains. But this place needs something done.

Tyler was our waiter and did a great server. They give you a few sliced dill pickles while you wait. The grilled shrimp with butter to dip in was amazing! I had a 1977 burger with cheese, sautéed onions, mushrooms and a fried egg. Sooooo good. Mt son got a bacon cheese burger. He love it with his cheery Lemonade. We will go back again with the family!!! They had a nice gluten free menu too.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu

Just had dinner at Ted’s, we sat at the bar just to not have to wait. The bartender Becca was fantastic. She was welcoming and was constantly multi-tasking throughout our dinner. Becca did a great job of making everyone feel welcomed and well taken care of. We will definitely be returning!

So so great! I haven’t found anything I don’t like yet! A place I don’t mind coming back to!I love their meatloaf sandwich, their salads, their nachos, their housemade ranch and housemade honey mustard, their mountain breeze martinis, their picnic napkins, and their positive messaged coasters!

Went on a Wednesday night around 6pm, seemed a little understaffed, bar was full. I enjoyed my time on business trip. I did the steak, mashed potatoes and parm broccoli with an espresso martini. The drink was made well, throughly enjoyed. Steak was good, mashed potatoes great, the broccoli seemed a bit under and watery/vinegar like ... barely touched but I did not complain or share to my server. I just wouldn't get the broccoli again as a sideYou also get some type of pickles at the beginning... I was not a fan one bit but others around enjoyedNow the entertainment was full speed with servers coming up to the bartender to gossip on coworkers. Personally I don't mind because I previously have worked in the industry so I was cracking up overhearing the hot gossip but I don't usually hear all that much at other restaurantsGood atmosphere neat setting and theme, definitely worth stopping by if you're near a Teds

First time dining here and we had a lovely time! Our server Tyler was very attentive, fast and nice! The food was good and reasonably priced for the area. The patio is also dog friendly so that’s always a plus, can’t wait to return!Picture: (fish sandwich front and bison steak back).

Great servers, especially Becca. Ted Turner's original influence in the menu. I have had just appetizers but a few entrees at times. It's always a pleasant and traditional restaurant with great comfort food and an updated menu. Would always recommend.

My first time eating buffalo meat. At the first bite I was a little taken aback by the strong flavour, but from the second I loved that flavour. The place is nice and typical American. Friendly staff.
