No matter the instructions, I continue to receive cookies that are overlapping and thus, stuck together. Why allow customers to enter instructions that are not adhered to?

You guys please go here these are the best cookies I have ever tried before I went here on a late night because I had a sweet tooth craving so I decided to come here. I was a little hesitant, but turns out I end up eating all my cookies at once, they all smelt fresh. I had no choice but to order all different styles of the cookies because I was obsessed. The taste is so addicting I want more and more.
Ordered for my employees during a hectic day at work, they were super impressed with the warm gooey cookies upon delivery. ?

Came in to buy cookies. Employees were standing around chatting with each other. They said they would be with us in a minute and continued carrying on personal conversation. Cookies may be good. However, customer service is not a priority at least with them.We left without getting cookies.

I typically order from the Decatur location but was in the area so put in an order to go. The store is very easy to get to, clean and has all the same options for purchase as online. Everyone was wrapping up for the night but the place was spotless! Very neat and clean. My to go order was ready and staff was kind! Unfortunately I ordered 2 dozens of cookies and these were kinda soft and gooey. Personal preference - but I absolutely dispose baked goods that taste gummy or like playdoh in my opinion. I thought all locations would taste the same but again, I think this is all about preference. I will stick to Decatur location but definitely give them a try!
