Today, this is one of my favorite restaurants but today my food arrived late like 30 to 40 minutes late. Then we got the wrong order and we were very disappointed because the manager took my husbands food to re-do his plate. The reason is they forgot the steak. In my plate, they forgot my Brussel sprouts, so I had to wait for the Brussel sprouts. After we got our food, we only got an apology without any compensation, I really think at least a dessert or a free plate due to the waiting for my food so long, waiting for the re-do, and just everything was so late. TRUE FOOD IN ALPHARETTA with all respect this should not happen. I was charged and not offered any compensation. Honestly, I think a customer waiting so long and then a mistake with the food should be compensated. This is just an honest review. we all make mistakes but when it is the restaurants fault, the manager should compensate their customers for this type of mistakes. I go to True Food all the time due to my allergies. The manager from Lenox knew who I was since I visited them up to three times weekly. Now, I started going recently again to Alpharetta after the old manager left. He was very good so this is the reason I wanted to try again to go check out the customer service and attention to those details are so essential. I hope this helps for any future customers that encounter what I encountered.

The atmosphere is refreshing and delightful. The hostess greeted us at the door with joyful disposition and many options. I liked that she inquired about our preference of seating despite the bustling crowd of people waiting. The Edamame Dumplings were heavenly. Definitely worth every penny and bite.

Such a great place. I'm gluten free so I loved that it was easy to find something for me on the menu. That's always a relief. My friend and I split the Indigo cocktail (?), the True Story cocktail, the Southwest Bison Sausage pizza, and the Lasagna Bolognese. The True Story cocktail was super refreshing and I love how you can smell the cucumber before you sip it. The Indigo cocktail is a newer one from a new menu (maybe seasonal?) but so easy to drink and has a pleasant tartness that works with the earthy gin. Both the pizza and lasagna were outstanding. I'd definitely go back to try more or get the same ? It's nice and airy in the restaurant and our waitress was super sweet with cute pink eyeshadow

I hadn't been there in a while and was shocked at the difference between then & now. Maybe they're going through some kind of management change or something else and this is all temporary; I had only good experiences there till now. I don't want to leave a bad review, but as someone looking for a good place to eat, *I'd* want to know, and TFK is not cheap, so: many of the potatoes smelled distinctly moldy. The latte took about 15 minutes to get to our table, and when it arrived, it had gotten cold. They forgot the napkins and silverware. Watch out, the menu doesn't tell you that the kale side salad comes with parmesan, even though this restaurant attracts a lot of vegans with its many vegan options. If you eat there, and have allergies or want vegan or vegetarian, make sure to ask about everything when you order to be sure there's nothing in it that you don't want. Plus sides, lovely and clean, as always, and the servers and hostesses were all really nice. I hope this location makes some changes, fast, but I'm sad to say that I won't be eating there any time soon.
