I give it a three because they screwed up my burger I wanted ketchup pickles lettuce only and they gave me two pieces of cheese no ketchup and no pickles ? it was hot but I only ordered one thing so you think they could get it right ? order to drive through so couldn't take it back and dairy intolerant ?

Really cool self order kiosk, friendly service, and yummy fries.However, the rest room was nasty and there were finger prints on the kiosk.Additionally there was a seemingly deranged customer that everybody else just seemed to ignore.

These insufferable lazy clowns don't even have their doors open at 10:21 in the morning. I get fast food places loooove to close their doors at like 8:00 at night because COVID gave everyone an excuse to be lazy, but that's ridiculous. On top of that, an employee saw me try both doors and he laughed and did a dance at me. Disgraceful and disrespectful. Guess I know why you work at a Wendy's. Never coming back and that dude should be fired, white guy on shift Wednesday Jan 31 at like 10:19 am. He was coming from the bathroom I think.

Got the Cobb salad. Lettuce was rusted and the chicken was just gross. Like it was freezer burned or overcooked or left out after cooking. It was rubbery and the color was wrong. It might have been a fresh made salad, but the ingredients were not fresh at all.

They were very rude when I went inside to order. I had wanted to pay in cash which is why I went to the counter and the lady said I needed to go in kiosk to order. I asked her even if I wanted to pay cash? She said well I don’t have anyone up front when there were several employees that I saw that could’ve taken my order. Then before that we were in the drive thru and we had ordered a frosty key tag and never received it. The guy working completely ignored us and rolled his eyes while trying to get his attention. Left immediately after and did not even order with them. Very very rude.

Everytime we go everyone is so rude like it makes it so uncomfortable. They can’t hear you over the speaker so you have to scream when they still mess up your order. This past time Deaundra messed up our order and when we asked for it to be corrected she gave attitude and said we would just have to rebuy it instead of fix it. If I could give a 0 star I would trash place.

Owner closed the place at 7:30 but still taking web orders and still has 8pm closing time up. Unacceptable. This place is usually great but this ruined my entire night. It's my lunch break and now I have no time to get food elsewhere. This was my go-to but now I'm just gone. Never coming back, and it's entirely on the owner.

I came in with my kids today at 11am and the staff today was magnificent, the food was correct, bathrooms was clean, staff was excellent in having our day go great even when they didn’t have to made sure our food and the quality was phenomenal. Thank yall for a great experience today.
