I placed a to go order of 10 wings and 10 buffalo shrimp. The female server put someone else's order of 45.97 on my credit card on 3/16/24 and her and her manager Keith couldn't void the charge. The manager said something was wrong with the system and couldn't void my transaction. Keith said he would take care of it on Monday and did not. I even left a message for the General manager Bryan to call me on 3/18 @11am . Called him twice. He claimed to have been in a meeting on a call, for hours according to a male server. Bryan never called me back and left the store! Poor customer service, restaurant managers arent honest people. They're thieves! First mistake was theserver didn't pay attention to detail. And then the server had the nerve to apologize saying that she was the only one working. Unacceptable! No one took ownership of the error. I guarantee you that this has happened to someone else. These people are thieves and the restsurant is old and smells. I took my food back on Sunday 3/17 and got a refund! Never ever again will I visit this location!

Let just begin with items are definitely over priced! Next was the service. Waited :42 minutes to even have a waiter acknowledge us. He was acknowledging the other two tables, but not ours. Had to actually flag him down to get anything. Busy talking to others in the small room beside the bar.We finished our meals and waited for the check. & waited..... He was bringing ice cream & other desserts to the other two tables. Not once did he acknowledge us. 27 minutes later, we had to actually go to small room to get the check.

Their buffet was a great deal. A bit noisy in the main area but there are quieter areas. I recommend them but they need more servers. There was only one during lunch and she was nonstop. She did great but clearly could have used some help.

I come to this spot every time I'm in Alpharetta for work and it's always consistent, which is why I keepncoming back.. Jenn the bartender is super attentive to her customers and very friendly. The food runners have the same friendly service too. This kinda service just makes you want to come back. Food is good, drinks are cold. 5 stars!

I’ve been a patron of this WWC since it opened. It’s been remarkably consistent. The service has always been friendly and attentive whether sitting at a table or the bar. I easily prefer WWC’s wings over the nearby Taco Mac. Big Fat Fries are a staple. I’ve tried some other items from the menu as well and have never been disappointed. The entertainment is great too. There are abundant televisions and quality live music. The bar still has a hard partition from the smoking days, so even if you just want the food without all the hubbub associated with the sports bar, you can sit on the quieter side.

Wild Wing Cafe on Windward Parkway boasts a great location and excellent service overall. However, my recent experience at the bar was marred by an unfortunate billing issue. Despite enjoying a night of music trivia and ok service from bartender Jen, we were shocked to find our bill included charges for over 20 drinks when we only consumed 4-5. Our total surpassed $200. It's disheartening that such a fun evening ended on this note. It's advisable to exercise caution when sitting at the bar and ordering drinks to avoid potential overcharging issues. After speaking with past employees and other customers this happens very often. We will not be returning.

We had been to Wild Wing Cafe once about a year before and while there was nothing remarkable about our experience, we decided to try it again. What a total disappointment. Ordered appetizers and intentionally withheld our entree order as we didn't want to get slammed with appetizers and entrees at the same time. The waiter delivers our appetizers and asks if he can take our dinner order and so we do so but again advising him to please slow it down so we aren't rushed. Two minutes after the appetizers arrived the entrees appeared. Ugh. But here's where it gets even worse ... we ordered drums only wings split between Buffalo hot and medium sauces. The first wings arrived all flats, no drums. They were sent back. The replacement order arrives and half are virtually naked, no sauce and the others were very mild. Buffalo hot? The waiter assured us that the Buffalo hot sauce is actually mild. Really? If you are going to start a restaurant business based upon wings, it might be considered mandatory to actually know what a "Buffalo" hot sauce tastes like so when you have it on your menu and someone who actually lived in Buffalo or spent time there to know how it should taste, you can deliver the real experience. Even the blue cheese served with the celery was wrong ... when does blue cheese dressing have poppy seeds in it and a tang that is more akin to ranch than blue cheese. I'm sorry but these guys fail on so many levels. If you are hungry for good chicken wings, go elsewhere as these guys are totally clueless on what a real chicken wing should taste like. It's amazing that a "wing" joint could get this so wrong. I would have rated them no stars but that wasn't an option. Fail.
