Very very old fashioned basic food and soups…the restaurant is dark and badly in need of full redoing…was a customer for years but will not return…does not feel clean…not fun or exciting

Went here to dinner break from work. I ordered off menu given to me by waitress. I ordered fried rice beef with onion and egg. Co worker same. Nothing extra. Price 12.95$ then the ticker came. Why were we charged 35 for rice. Mgr states cook could not make rice we wanted in small order so they made large. We didn't ask for. Charge for onion/egg 5.00$ cause we didn't want veggies. But the charges were added on our bill with out consent. And was not told to us when we ordered. Mgr was rude and disrespectful. She said we suppose if charges for making order the way we want. She said we must be used to eating at nice restaurants. What?? This restaurant is not all thar. It's on corner of plaza behind a waffle house. Dark and empty place. Service was bad, mgmt was awful, food was okay nothing special. Mgr stood by our table over as if we're going to run out on ticket. Stereotyping 2 black females. Had to tell her to go from over us. I felt discriminated against in this restaurant in Alpharetta off exit 12A. I will share this with everyone I meet especially those that look like me to be aware if they go here to dine. You see receipt posted. Rice was majority of this bill [35.90]Ridiculous. Not very satisfying food either.

I wanted to order special fried rice it comes with pork, chicken , and shrimp. I asked for no pork. They informed me it would be $4 additional dollars to get no pork. Why? Would it be extra for something I'm requesting I don't want.. poor service

My father and I visited Wok & Chopstick at the recommendation of one of his friends. The tea was bad, the chicken in both of our meals was grossly overcooked. My 'pine nut chicken' would be more aptly renamed to 'spinach chip chicken' as the baked spinach was %50 of the plate and it had a total of 5 raw pine nuts dropped on top to give it its name. It was basically the same cheap mongolian beef sauce flavor you find at cheaper places, and my father's chicken was worse than mine. The steamed rice was edible but rather dry. Also, the half of my fortune cookie that I tried to overwrite the flavors with after the meal had to be spit out as it effectively became cookie flavored gum after chewing for a bit. The only decent part of the meal was some walnuts on my dad's plate and the glass of water I used to rinse everything down. Staff was friendly at least and there seem to be some regulars but I can't for the life of me imagine why. We have no interest in eating here again.

Nothing great for the price.

Good basic Chinese food and great for takeout. They are great about customizing orders and are a go-to place in our dinner rotation. Don't let the lack of inside restaurant customers fool you, they do a ton of to-go orders and are pretty popular in the area.

Another delicious meal at Wok & chopstick. The hot and sour soup and wonton soup were delicious starters and the pork fried rice and garlic chicken were great entrees. Always good service and food.

Very overpriced place. Shrimps with vegetables is for $17 (you will be lucky to get at least 6 shrimps in the box).
