“Fast, friendly, and the food was delicious. At this location, the staff is truly efficient and even if there is a line the wait time is very minimal without diminishing the quality of the service or food. It's always a pleasure to visit here.“
“I let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A the corporation, and what they stand by in their company, morals and values. With that being said I visited this location for work, I drive private charter buses, so I brought around 50-60 passengers. I was disappointed and very surprised when I asked one of the friendly staff members if this location comes bus, driver meals and they actually told me no. Not only was her answer no, polite no it may have been, she told me she had never heard of such. Neither did the young man standing next to her. I am just very surprised and I understand that each location is owned by different people etc. etc. but I’ve never experienced this before at a Chick-fil-A and I’ve been driving buses for a long time. It seems logical to comp the bus driver since they are the ones who are bringing all this business to your restaurant. Anyway, I’m going to leave this location a 4 star rating because the staff is very nice and friendly“

“Chicfila always bops and their service is fast as usual. However, I have had more issues with this location than typical. Most common is them giving an inadequate amount of fries, which I have heard other people complain about too. Still tastes great though! Hearing "My Pleasure" are true words that are given to all customers. Chick Fil A means those words with their service. I love hearing these words. Now Poeyes uses it.“
“This five stars goes out to Melinda. I have had many issues over the years with this location and today I finally got fed up and complained on the app because I could not call at the time. Melinda called me with huge apologies and understanding. That is all I ever wanted. She did not make excuses or just try and give me free items to shut me up (she did however give me a free salad). We need more people like Melinda in customer service. She made my day. Thank you Melinda :)“
“The downtown Athens chick-fil-A never disappoints. Service is speedy, and my order is always correct and delicious. Keep in mind that parking in downtown Athens is extremely limited, and there isn't any inside seating, so you'll need to grab an outside table. Overall, always a great experience!“
