The only thing I had a problem with was that you had to order at the counter and then go back to get it. I have lots of leg problems so I don't walk far. The food was good. I got the side chicken. The taste was good, more so of the texture that was not on point. The steak was too tough or thick (have to keep chewing) and the chicken seemed a little dried out. First time going, so I don't know if that's their norm OR it's because it was late night. It was too cold to eat inside.
