I used to order all of the time and then my order started being wrong and the sandwiches were just sloppy and not good. Decided to give them another try today, my sandwich was covered in lettuce after it was clearly ordered without. Takes the convenience out of ordering delivery for lunch when things like this happen almost every time. Last order for me.

I've gotta say, I've never written a review or considered writing one. This time I really felt like I had to. I came to Jimmy Johns and my bank was having some issues with debit cards causing mine to decline. We tried to figure it out for a while and the staff was super patient, understanding, and incredibly chill. Been very disappointed the last few times I’ve gone. I always order the east coast Italian. On each visit the peppers have tasted sour, like they are using several day old peppers, this is not something that you can keep out and continue to use days later. Please look into this and let the staff know that the peppers must be fresh. Very disappointed.
