5 stars for the food, drinks, service. Perfect for a date - I will definitely be back. I went healthy and ordered the basil rolls and papaya salad with shrimp. I had a glass of pinot noir (excellent.) Since I went healthy I indulged and ordered the dessert trio and had the thai tea creme brûlée, caramel, coconut custard, and homemade coconut ice cream. I am literally still fantasizing about the creme brûlée because it was so unique and had an amazing brown sugar crust. Seriously, everything here was on point. The only drawback is the location being right next to the Lindberg train station, so definitely sit indoors so you can take advantage of the romantic vibe.
MIT was an awesome server. And the food was Amazing. The best Thai we e ever had! Big portions and tasty.
Great place. The appetizers were really good. We went on a Saturday evening, had a reservation through Open table. The place is not too loud and not too quiet. Parking is in the parking garage close by which is not an inconvenience. The parking pass is validated by the restaurant.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Atlanta. The food is always on point and the service is always exceptional. Maurice is so patient. He explained with detail and a sense of humor. He made this is a very enjoyable outing
26 Thai was lovely. I got lunch there with a friend and the food was delicious. Absolutely recommend!
A Gem of a Restaurant near Lindbergh MARTA. We found 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar by accident - we were right near the MARTA station and were looking for something different. We were delightfully surprised in not only the very nice decor but the menu choices and food quality. Their Sampler plate offers up great choices - the Fried Tofu. Dumplings and Basil rolls are delish. We just recently brought another couple to 26 Thai and they were equally delighted in the food. Parking is next door as well. Just bring the ticket and the restaurant validates parking.
Toni was so amazing!! She made it such a good experience along with the food and good company
Normally wouldn’t write a review based on takeout but since we are all in this weird pandemic world of takeout orders, I’m going to do just that.Chronological events:1: I walk in and there’s nobody at the host stand so I waited about a minute. A waiter shows up, does not say hello and does not make eye contact with me. Punches in his order and walks away.2. A couple minutes later, the host comes over. Again, doesn’t make eye contact with me and then answers the phone that just started ringing. He proceeded to take an entire take-out order. He hung up, and then before he had a chance to walk away, I asked him for my take out. It wasn’t ready, so he went to the kitchen to check, and then came back with zero information besides what he already told me, which was that it’s not ready. One would think that maybe asking the kitchen approximately how much longer might be beneficial to the person waiting.I walk over to sit at the bar and wait another 15 minutes. And this is all after I showed up when they said it would be done. I understand restaurants get busy and obviously we don’t see how many takeout orders there are in the kitchen. But a simple smile and an acknowledgment that you’re standing there does not take any time.
This place was absolutely amazing. The food was great and the customer service was even better. A friend and I got the 5 hour short ribs and the chicken pamu. Best things I've had while I've been in Atlanta. The short rib came right off the bone so easily, there was no effort required. And the chicken pamu was just amazing. The curry was smooth and sweet, the avocado gave it a smooth and creamy texture and the fried chicken was on point. Amazing place, I would definitely recommend.
This was great experience! Me and my son really enjoyed the food and the place! Recommend dining here.
Celebrated my Husbands birthday last night.Great decor and ambiance!! Very stylish environment. 26 Thai offered a fantastic Date night. Though I love the outdoor seating of the Juniper restaurant location, I really enjoyed the indoor seating at this Lindbergh station location so much more. As usually the food was excellent. The spring rolls, vegetable pot stickers and Tom yum soup are some of my favorite starters. I would definitely recommend the Drunken Noodles. Also, My husband was really excited about all of the vegan options. He really enjoyed his entree: Grandmas Curry. The service was impeccable as well. So if you need great food, drinks and atmosphere check out 26 Thai.
I had just landed in Atlanta on a work trip and checked into my hotel, exhausted and hungry. Craving some Thai food, I looked up the best spots in my area for delivery and came across 26 Thai Bar & Kitchen. After reading the Yelp reviews (duh), I ordered through an external delivery service and eagerly awaited my order. I ordered the Massaman curry, which is a yellow curry (and happens to be my favorite). It arrived packed up neatly, with the rice separated from the curry and came with all the cutlery I needed (being in a hotel, this was KEY). The little tray they put the rice in made it easy to pour the curry on top and eat it straight from there. The veggies were delicious and the pieces of chicken were the perfect size (I hate when they're too big and you have to cut them... picky, I know!). I also loved that they added avocado! Made for a nice, creamy texture. Luckily I had a mini fridge in my room so the following night, when I came back a liittttllllleeeee tipsy, the leftovers SAVED MY LIFE. Needless to say, this really hit the spot and I would definitely order from here again!
The appetizers were very good ... Shrimp in a Blanket and Veggie Dumplings with Sweet Chili Sauce The entree was AMAZING ... Panang Curry Chicken. I get this often at most Thai restaurants we try. This was one of the very best I've ever had. The right consistency-- not too soupy, as it sometimes can be. Great flavor Beautiful presentation I'd definitely come back, for sure
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and great service. I especially wanted to call out Ian, who was incredibly gracious and accommodating to my blind father. He made us all feel very welcome, and went far out of his way to take care of dad. We will be back!
Everyone was very friendly but the location was understaffed so we had to waive down some help a few times. The food did come out in a decent amount of time. The dishes are not unique thai dishes and you can find the same quality for a much better value at other restaurants.
