Service is terrible. I pay for my meal and the lady asked for a tip. I asked her for a pen & where is it on the receipt. She said she accepts cash. I said I don't have cash, but I have Cashapp. She proceeds to call me a "Cheap A-Word". And I responded like really? And she proceeds to say it again before handing my meal. Meanwhile, the manager and/or owner sits off to the side not saying a word & holding his phone up in a way that felt like he was filming trying to go viral. He would look at her every time she talked. And glance at me to see if I would respond. Never again. Wingstop is in the same plaza on the other side of Publix anyway. I do not miss this place & will never return.

I ordered from this location on a Friday night. I ordered an extra-meat beef Philly cheesesteak with lettuce and onions. I also had vegetable fried rice and 6 honey garlic wings. The cheesesteak was cooked to my liking and tasty; it could have been more seasoned, but it satisfied my appetite. To compensate for the lack of sauce on the wings, there was a big serving of vegetable fried rice. Aside from that, the wings were crispy and well-seasoned. Overall, this dinner was satisfying because not all American Delis’ taste the same.

The kids behind this counter are very rude and obnoxious. I just went there for lunch and as soon as i walk in the skinny boy yells some "skee wee!!" And the girl starts singing and theyre all laughing. Then wen i realized my order didnt comevwith fries, i ordered and paid cash for some, to which they brought me hard burned crunchy mess that looked like it was at tge bottom of they fryer for 3 or 4 rounds. Then they told me oh that's how we cook our fries!! The audacity. THEY WERE HORRIBLE.

All imma say is… I don’t know which one of them chopped they grand mammies feets off and threw it in the grease but it WAS THE RIGHT ONE! I said “2xs crispied on the wings with sweet chili and honey barbecue sweet pea… and let’s not forget the extra crispy on the fries with ranch on the side” & they all DELIVERT…from the princess who answered the phone to the Kings whom cooked it up…GOD BLESS THE CHILDREN THAT HELD THEIR OWN!… AND IT WAS READY By the time I circled the parking lot! Anybody who says otherwise can go chase their own chickens!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Cashier has an attitude. I asked for extra crispy wings, and got my wings in 3minutes. Complained to manager and asked can he fry them harder. I was told that's as hard as they do. I get my wings extra crispy everywhere and I wait an extra 10 minutes because they cook them longer. NEVER coming back . Terrible all around.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is just dirty and ghetto the girl with the blue hair especially and the girl who seems very slow. Definitely needs a new staff when I asked for a manager they said go look for them at Publix Refused to give me a refund all because I was waiting for my boyfriend at the door and today is my birthday good job ladies they are disgusting and no wonder they will only work at American deli for the rest of they low lives

1st let me say the food is always good, however the initial interaction you have are with the people at the counter. The cashier would not give me her name nor was it on the receipt but she was the worst I have ever encounter. Both cashiers were on their phone, & the one I was ordering with had her uncensored music playing loudly. Also, when I was telling her what I didn’t want on my Philly, she acted as if she couldn’t hear, I had to repeat myself multiple times, then she walked away. By this time I am super frustrated. After a 20 minute wait, I asked for a refund. Both the cashiers acted as if they didn’t know how to do a refund. My food was also ready the entire time as the girl who was stocking asked me my number and told me the food was sitting there waiting. I will never be back to this location.
