To the bartender that worked on the night of Saturday March 30 ,2024 … next time if you’re going to be stupid enough to steal a tip don’t just steal $2.00 next time go big & take $200 since your going to be considered a thief either way!This is one of the worst locations. It smells like old mop water when you walk in, the customer service sucks, the food was cold & tasted old & took forever. Plus they steal tips if you don’t give them one.

We had a very nice waitress. We were a party of seven and she was very attentive. This restaurant was out of wings, salad, pasta, mayo, ribs, and more, but I just ordered the spinach artichoke dip since the salad was not an option.Our waiter was very apologetic that they were out of so many things. However, she promised to take good care of us, and she did. If it wasn't for her great service, my rating would have been one. How does a manager allow food to run so low that you run out of essential items smh I have never experienced multiple items being unavailable in a restaurant. I hope that issue is resolved asap.

Cascade rd location - A 20 minute wait turned into an hr and a half because after you have to go find the host because he stays in the back. He said there is one Manager and one cook. When you ask for her. And the servers need to catch up. Also, the servers are terrible don’t even know tables. You can barely get a water at the table. The manager sent the host to ask how you are doing at the end? Smh never again.

I come to this establishment n told it was a 10 minute wait get seated n been sitting here 30 minutes not one person walk up to assist me n my daughter n why the manager sit at a table drink a drink not realizing we been suiting here 30 minutes I ask the host for the manager he said hold on she precedes to continue walk n talk to other ppl then coming to address my wait time

Group of 5 waited about 20 minutes before were served. Despite this, the waitress was very nice and helped us. The food was delicious and our appetizers and meals came out quickly. Overall, a great time!
Got to this location and was told I’d wait 20 mins for two at 8:54. I said ok! At 9:24 I was told I can’t be seat per the manager request because they’re short staffed. A light skinned guy with glasses and black timberlands handle it wrong. He was in the corner the entire time I was waiting. Very unpleasant experience.

So I was a little more lenient because I used to work at this location. It has hit it's bottom. My son chose to Applebee's to eat after the Fair. We'd have been better off eating at the fair. We arrived at 9pm on a Tuesday night. Upon entering there were plenty of empty tables however we were informed that the kitchen was behind which gave us a 30 minute wait time to be seated. When we finally were seated we were sent to a table and had no menus or no one to greet us for bout 5 to 10 mins. I asked the manager who passed by if he could assist us with getting menus. Once our server finally came We ordered the 3 rainbow candy lemonade & a sweet tea in a to go cup, she came back with regular cups no straws. After realizing her error she said oh these are new cups but Imma go get what you asked for. Both cups did not have the candy that was pictured on the menu which was why the birthday boy order the drinks. I asked the server about it and she stated that the staff had eaten all of the candy. Which would have been nice to know upon order the 3.49 single drinks. However I let it slide, my son and his dad ordered the 2 for deal with mozzarella sticks, bourbon chicken skillet and a burger. To which we did not receive any marinara sauce which we were told they were making more and would bring us some asap, never happened. My daughter and myself order the spinach dip with the tenders (dipped in buffalo) and the Garlic sirloin medium well with mash and broccoli. Our dip came out and was slightly warm and the cheese was not fully melted but the chips were stale and burnt so now I'm extremely disappointed but hungry so kids ate mozz sticks with ranch and I ate the very chips that weren't extremely burnt. Our entrees came out everyone else entree looked okay but my food of course, steak was overcooked and dry with the broccoli being burnt all at the bottom. Our server disappeared for about 25 minutes afterwards so I had to reach out to a different worker to get the manager. He apologized and offered to get my stuff remade but at this point I was over the experience and asked that he adjust our bill so we could leave. After he walked away 5 minutes later the server finally appeared with the bill still unadjusted, so I had to call the manager again, as we wait and others are being, seated I saw a roach crawl around the table next to us. The manger finally comes back to adjust the bill, he stated he would bring me a new spinach dip one was already being made. Tho I did not want it I told him yes as I knew it was him trying to do a service recovery. 35 more mins later I had to flag down another worker who had the manager come back (no spinach dip still) then we finally were able pay so we could leave. Now it is a school night, my son's birthday we are just leaving unsatisfied at 1115. He stated he never wanted to come back and it was a horrible birthday dinner (he turned 11) Worst experience I've had in a long time they need to do better from top on down. Very disappointed.
