“Had a great time with my friend last night at the Atlanta location. I got the Wagyu Brisket Burger, Thai Chili Brussel Sprouts and Brisket Egg Rolls (To-go) and my friend got the King of Memphis Melt with Mac n Cheese and green beans. Might I say, the meal was excellent and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were excellent and a great offset to the heavy sandwhiches. The sweet tea and strawberry lemonade were a good addition to wash everything down. Our waitress Britany was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and waited on us with grace. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. “The Korean BBQ is wonderful. We chose “2pm combo” which was very filling. With the beef and pork being tender and flavorful. Although it may be, very salty. “I wanted to share my recent discovery on Yelp. I was doing my usual grocery run at Kroger's, and I spotted Pig-N-Chik BBQ, one of my all-time favorite Atlanta barbecue restaurants. They have opened a location in Sandy Springs/Buckhead! Pig-N-Chik BBQ was my go-to spot back in my Chamblee days. Their food is reminiscent of authentic North Carolina barbecue, with flavors that are authentic and delicious. The owner, Jim Graddy was at this location, and made me feel so welcome. We chatted about the new location, and barbecue. I only picked up the beef brisket this time and wasn't able to shoot a pic of my meal but it was so good. I promise to come back armed with my camera next time and share the deliciousness with you all. So, if you're in the mood for some great barbecue and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Pig-N-Chik BBQ is the place to be. Trust me, you won't regret it!“
