“I love Chick-fil-A! Ive eaten at them for years and I have eaten from most of their menu. It's excellent fast food. I was in the Atlanta airport and needed some lunch. I decided to satisfy my craving by having some Chick-fil-A. Its an airport, so the line was huge! Still, the employees are not to blame as you could see them hustling. When I got to the front of the line, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries and coke. I got it in no time at all! I actually checked and from the time I got in line to the moment I got my food was six minutes! Six minutes! Check out the pictures of the line I took! Heck they were so efficient, I got my drink and food at the same time... that never happens in airports! You always have to wait for one or the other. Not this Chick-Fil-A! These guys are on the ball! The food of course was delicious! This place is a great choice if you want a quick bite to eat at Atlanta Airport.“
“Went to CFA on 4/9/24 with my wife and had an excellent experience. Got CFA deluxe sandwiches, mac and cheese, fries and a vanilla milkshake, and everything was awesome! Food was hot, cooked right, and made quickly. Good job night crew of 4/9/24!“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

As out-of-towners it was both nice and convenient to have our favorite fast food delivered to us. Food was ordered early and delivered promptly. “My husbae and I had lunch date over at this chick a fila; he actually ordered my salad and my salad was divine!.... from the texture and the taste. it was the garden salad with the apples, strawberries, blueberries, the different nuts, shredded chicken and i topped it off with the avocado lime ranch- the way i was chewing, dancing and enjoying that salad. i recommend this salad frfr and Husbae knows me so well to have made a choice of salad for me.“
“This location is within Grady Hospital's cafeteria located on floor 2. There aren't many options, and I figured this was the best. It was. I was hospitalized for 20 days 6 months ago and my family ate here many times and picked up food for me after surgeries, etc. I've eaten there when I've returned for outpatient appointments as well. The menu is limited, but they do have all the staples. It's a la carte service, meaning it's prepared and placed for you to walk up and grab so you can order different things and different places and bring your tray to the cashier to pay for everything at once.The service was always good and I had special requests a few times and the employees catered to them in a friendly manner. The only negative are the hours. Closing at 4 pm in such a busy hospital that already has limited options and not being open on Saturdays is lame.Still...A+ from me!“
“I stopped by this location at lunch time. The drive-thru had a very long line. I made my purchase inside. While there was a line inside, the line moved relatively quickly.My total wait time was about five minutes.Parking: This location has a small parking lot. During my visit, the inside traffic seemed to turn rather quickly.“
“Chick-fil-a taught my 7 year old daughter a valuable life lesson. After a trip to Six Flags we got caught in horrendous traffic. We were tired, frustrated and very hungry. We went through the Chick-fil-a drive through on Howell Mill. Once back on Howell Mill we discover that my wife and I got our meals but they forgot my daughter's. We did a u-turn and went inside the Chick-fil-a. My daughter was mad, but I explained to her--everyone makes mistakes, it is how they respond that is important.Well, the young woman at the counter immediately apologized for the mistake AND the inconvenience. She took our receipt and went in the back. Quickly she returned with my daughter's meal. She apologized AGAIN and said that she added a cookie to the meal to make up for the mistake. We thanked her and left, happy.Thank you Chick-fil-a for showing my daughter how to be a good person in the world and demonstrating that we all make mistakes, but if we apologize and do what we can't to make things right that is the best we can do.“

“I typically stop by here and grab breakfast to-go (to my desk) in the mornings. Always fresh and hot off the grill. Depending on the time you stop by for breakfast or lunch the line might back up a bit, but the staff here is quick, friendly, and helpful. Fun Fact: I like to order a Spicy Chicken Deluxe normally. So, when I'm here after I grab my sandwich, waffle fries, and drink - I always ask for lettuce, tomatoes, and extra pickles. The lettuce and tomato come in a container together and the pickles come in another. I know employees who eat here frequently and were not aware of this nifty tidbit. So, if you're a Delta employee and a Yelper - now you know! Enjoy!“

“Took the kiddos to the Beltline and of course they wanted Chick-fil-A as usual. Getting to this location wasn't the easiest feat. We ended up parking on Kennesaw Ave and walked to the restaurant. First observation was the Atlanta Police officer/security that welcomed us in. Not our usual cup of tea but perhaps not unusual for the city/area.Staff greeted us and per usual, it was their pleasure.Small dining area but we found a row of chairs along the window with a view of the city. “I just want to say thank you to the management that was staffed on 3/26/24. My wife and three children visited this location on our way out of state due to the unexpected death of my 21yr old niece. We went inside to order, no line and back to the van to eat on the road. We always order a 30 count for the kids, but realized that we forgot to pack any travel plates as we would normally do for a planned trip. I went back in to ask for some containers and there was a long line. I saw a manager that spoke to me when I was ordering earlier sitting at a nearby table and she saw I needed help. Well when she asked I broke down right there in the restaurant. She jumped right up to help and not only gave us three containers for my kids, but gave them each a cookie. It’s the smallest things that matter sometimes.“

“A man who goes by Nichollas took my order, he did a phenomenal job and kept perfect eye contact with me and I even got butterflies in my stomach. He also blew me a kiss when I took my meal from him. I opened up my bag and saw that he even left me extra sauce! His sauces tasted wonderful I am a huge fan of the CFA sauce! The atmosphere was also great. “Our 6th grade recently traveled to Atlanta for a field trip from North Carolina. Through a miscommunication, our first venue failed to have lunch for our group of 56 people. Chick-fil-a was supposed to have the evening meal prepared for us to eat at the College Football Hall of Fame at 3:30. Upon hearing our predicament, Chick-fil-a gladly prepared our meal at 1:30 and had it ready for us on the field at the College Football Hall of Fame. The quality of the food was as always superb!
