Red velvet cake is only good with CREAM CHEESE frosting. Not vanilla. Finally decided to buy a piece of cake from JJ’s. Not only does it have vanilla frosting on it but the cake itself is DRY.
I have never personally been to E’vans Bake Shop,but I have tasted her cakes multiple times from JJs Fish. I have always wondered who was the amazing person making these delicious cakes and now I know. I can honestly say I’ve never tasted an E’vans cake that didn’t taste amazing! Tonight I bought the yellow cake with chocolate icing and of course it’s so good. ?

The baked goods are delicious. Sadly I was just advised by a nice gentleman that the business is no longer open to the public. They only sale to restaurants. Things sure have changed.
