I love the smoothies here in the afternoon. The staff is cool and remembers my orders consistently. Thanks again!

I recently tried Freshii, and I’m genuinely baffled by the experience. The video call ordering system? Odd and detached. It felt like some low-budget Zoom call with a mystery person who could be anywhere.Waiting for our food was a test in patience, and without a receipt or order number, the pick-up process was a guessing game. But let’s talk about that peanut butter and chocolate smoothie. It was, hands down, the worst smoothie I’ve ever tasted — and everyone in my group agreed. How can someone mess up those flavors? As for the Tex Mex burrito wrap, if you’re in the mood for a bland heap of brown rice with a sprinkle of other ingredients, then sure, go for it. But for anyone expecting flavor? Big disappointment. The whole experience felt like a rushed attempt to capitalize on the health food trend without actually understanding it. Not worth the time or money. Hard pass for me.

The burrito was all rice with barely anything else and absolutely no flavor. The smoothie was so melted it was liquid. Total rip off.

Employees were sort of rude. I ordered a bowl and got like 5 pieces of lettuce and an overload of buffalo which made the bowl way too out of hand to eat. I ordered a smoothie that has 0 flavor and at the bottom were ice cubes. Smoothie was almost halfway filled of the size I ordered. Paid 20$ for 2 small items. Overpriced and of no value!

Absolutely understaffed! One guy on video taking orders and one poor worker making all the food. Management you are seriously lame! I paid for soup 20 minutes ago and no soup in sight. However when I finally got the spicy lemongrass soup it was very good and the server was so cool under pressure

The food was really really really gross. I added a picture of the pieces of kale that I pulled out of just half a Barito. It was big huge pieces that weren't even edible. I got one in my mouth and chewed on it for three minutes before I was able to spit it out. When you took a bite of the burrito, the whole thing would fall apart because of all this kale. I wound up picking a few pieces of the other food out and had to unfortunately throw the rest of it away and go someplace else. My husband had some kind of rice bowl with tofu. It literally had no flavor and he wanted up throwing his away as well. It was a big waste of money. Plus, there's somebody talking to you on an iPad to get your order. The guy was kind of rude because people were confused. They didn't realize he was actually talking to them through the iPad. There was only one girl working, having to make all the food and smoothies and deal with the people in line. She was super nice, but I felt really bad for her. It was like a circus.

It was almost a good salad but they left out 2 ingredients which was 30% of the meal. I contacted customer service through email and they just passed the buck and told me to contact the location directly. Very

I've never taken the time to write a review on a place, but I had to for this one. The food is DISGUSTINGG ! I got the teriyaki twist bowl with chicken. I paid a little over $15! The chicken had absolutely no seasoning or flavor. The bowl has absolutely too much rice and not enough vegetables. Some of my vegetables appeared to be wilting. The teriyaki sauce was not good at all. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I also had a small mango smoothie, which cost me a little over $6. It was one of the worst smoothies I've ever had, and I definitely could've made a better one at home. They are absolutely too expensive to sell such bad products.

Got a Buddha Satay bowl (with rice because they were out of noodles) and the sauce was improperly balanced as far as sweetness. It was so sweet it was borderline inedible, and there was too much of it, and way more rice than veggies. That bowl with added chicken and a water bottle was over $17 and I could barely eat it.

Rip off. Two pieces of broccoli, 12 edamame beans, a couple tablespoons of carrots and cucumbers for $11.50. It would be good if they gave reasonable portions, but it’s basically just a huge bowl of rice with enough toppings to last a maybe 4-5 bites.

This needs to addressed! I stood there as I watched her sit on her phone while she scrolled on Instagram. She looked up at me and then look back at her phone. She didn’t even greet me or ask to take my order. I’m assuming she was waiting for me to tell her I’m ready! If she wants to be on her phone , she needs to be off the clock because it’s obvious she didn’t want to work that day.
