As always, big cities, unique dinning, causes prices to be extra high. I ordered one of the cheese burgers.. It was good!!! But.. I could have gotten 3 or 4 bigger better burgers... .. Anywhere else. The price did not match the portion size.... we did have a party of 19.... we were the first group in the restaurant on Saturday morning. By the time we got our food... other people were leaving... not just 1 or 2... but whole groups.. so yes.. we did have 19... but more than that, left after enjoying their meal, before we got ours.. So you do get a unique dining experience at any Hardrock, but be prepared to not get a good value for service/food

Incredibly strict policies about sitting everyone at the group at the same time, ordering all at once, and only splitting the check a certain number of ways. The whole time it felt like we were breaking hard rules we didn't even know about.It was a Thursday night and only about 1/4 full.

Underwhelming, less than mediocre, and overpriced.
This review is super late. We came here for our daughter’s 16th birthday two years ago. There were about 18 kids and 4 adults. We had THE BEST TIME. The waitstaff was cheerful and fun. The music was, of course, wonderful and the food was top notch. Hard Rock went above and beyond to make sure the kids had the best time and I was so grateful. Now, I am proud to report that we are booking again for senior prom dinner. This will be a special night with the kids and there isn’t another place I would trust more. Thank you, HARD ROCK!!

This is a neat restaurant, but the service is pretty terrible. We came here for my wife's birthday. We won't come here again. I didn't expect the food to be amazing, but it was definitely below average. My food and my wife's food came out ice cold. 4 out of 6 of us never got napkins and silverware. Two of our dishes were delivered and the rest followed 15 minutes later. Again, it's a really neat and lively place, but lower your expectations for the service and food.

Terrible terrible service. Terrible food. This is a honest review too. The saddest part is we're in Atlanta and the best place to get food is Outback Steakhouse. These guys are rude expensive and a waste of time. DO NOT COME HERE. If you do anyways you'll see why I wrote this review. Us customers deserve to know what we're getting into before we're considered rude. My tab was 100$ and was not anywhere near what it should be for that amount of money.

I have to give props to both my bartender and the food. She was super on point very kind and caring. Always asked if i needed something. The food was phenomenal and so were the drinks. Well cooked food and superb service, as you would expect from the franchise. The location is very big so it may feel lonely on a slower night, if so I recommend hitting the bar.
