“I was feeling depressed and down in the dumps when I walked in. But the skinny guy that took my order I think his name was Hayden cheered me up by being kind and the next thing I knew the whole crew had me laughing and even I believe the owner was there named Travis was so kind. The food was fantastic and super fast. I went in depressed and left with a pep in my step loving life again. Will definitely be back. Great crew. Great food.“
“Staff person taking my order was extremely friendly and the person who made my sandwich was too. Got a Giant Gargantuan and it really filled me up. Pictured is just half of my sub. Very fast service. Took one star off on atmosphere because the parking in that plaza is not the greatest and can get packed during lunch time.“
“Ordered online. Called the store to confirm my order was ready, as the order tracker was not updated. An employee told me that all online orders were ready, but they hadn't updated the online notifications. Food quality is good, but this location tends to be unstaffed.“
“Best jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too! The food was great and the customer service was amazing! Anthony, joe, and tattiana were the workers and they were perfect. Thank you for being so kind and caring about your customers! Will be returning :)“
“NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW MANAGER, REPEAT TAYLOR IS DA MAN!!!If you want the best quickest most delicious, most consistent Sammie of all time, then come on down and get you some!!!Employees are all amazing and hard workingBy the time I order my sandwich, it's already done on the other side of the line and perfect everytime!!!Ignore those terrible reviews from years ago. These businesses have a high turnover employee rate, but there is something magical in the works here!Haters gonna hate, but come here and you ain't!Parking: Watch out for the crazies at Chick-fil-A pulling out while stuffing their faces with waffle fries“
“I go to the Jimmy John's in Midtown at lease once a week. Josh Baldwin always remembers my order and makes me feel like a welcomed customer. Sometimes he helps me change up my order when I feel like getting something different. There is always a good vibe when I walk into the store and its always a short wait. My sandwiches are always fantastic! I always rack up my points and got a free cookie today!“
“We had a group order from JJs for about 35 people. We’ve been JJ’s fans since we first had it in 1990 in Champaign, IL. I absolutely LOVE that you can place a group order and it will send emails to everyone in the list to take their order. It even allows for someone to set it where one person pays or each pays their own, and if one person is paying, a max amount per person can be pre-set. Whoever thought this up is a genius!!! There are also many combinations for gluten free, low carb, vegetarian, etc. (though a veggie protein would be nice). I didn’t know about add-ons (cucumber, avocado spread, etc.) until now! We will definitely use it again for other board meetings. The food was on time, the driver was courteous, the order was correct (except we had a couple chocolate chip cookies arrive instead of the oatmeal cookies that were ordered, but the people didn’t seem to remember what they’d ordered, so it wasn’t an issue). There are a couple things that would have been helpful, but didn’t detract from the food otherwise serving our needs well.First - the sandwiches came with partial email addresses written on them. That was great, except we had a group of 35 from around the country, all with different email formats, it was challenging. To boot, I think the person writing was getting tired as the letters started slurring on some and we had to guess. It would be great if there was a way to include a first/last/nick name (instead of email address) when ordering so we didn’t have to try to guess. The other thing was everything came “loose” - by that, twenty bags of random chips, a dozen cookies, a sack o’ sandwiches, and a bunch of drinks (those were labeled with the contents!). But that meant going through and matching sandwiches and chips and cookies and drinks based on partial email addresses and a cryptic receipt. It would be great if the items were put into separate bags by order with a name - even the super thin plastic bags. It took two people nearly a half hour to get everything lined up. Thankfully, the food was ordered to arrive a half hour early; if it hadn’t, the scheduled lunch break could have been a disaster.Overall, it worked out well and it is definitely something we will use for our biannual board meetings!!“
“Little place hidden amongst the buildings around him. Not very busy at 5 in the afternoon. Not much to say about the Atmosphere, just a small Jimmy Jones.Only 1 employee that I saw. Very professional and friendly. Greeted me as I came in, took my order, and had it made in no time. Ordered the small Italy style sandwich, forgot the name. Anyway, bread was kind of hard, even with the oils that were added, and then added mayo and mustard, still very dry.“
“Fresh tasting veggies and meats. I used the app to order which was easy enough. I did ask for extra veggies. Delicious. Just what I wanted. I don't like the parking situation.Parking: Limited 20 min free parking. Shared with other buisnesses.“
“This is one of the better locations around... Especially if you want to order in. Delivery can take some time if you don't order well in advance, but they always get it right and are friendly when in-store. Would definitely recommend, especially when compared to most other local quick-sandwitch spots. Can get busy around 12-1 for lunch! Get the app and order ahead!!Parking: Parking is difficult during busy times. Only 4 or 5 spots total and shares a lot with dry cleaners. Highly suggest to-go orders (even if you are eating in).“
“I was greeted immediately as I entered. That’s always a gold star from me. Even if you’re busy, acknowledgement is one of the keys to customer service. Then they were fast. My order of 3 sandwiches were done as soon as I got done cashing out.“
