I can't believe anyone would rate less than 5 stars! Owner is super nice, prices awesome for downtown Atlanta, food is great especially the chicken salad sandwich! I call it crack sandwich because it's so addictive!!
I can't comment on the treatment of homeless, but the food was pretty good. Sandwich, fries, and a drink for around $9 (and they gave a mess load of fries). Free wifi password on the wall too. Overall i liked my experience.

Overpriced. I appreciate the cleanliness and customer service. But the salad I ordered was not worth 9$. I ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was thinly sliced but rubbery tough with a weird texture. The dressing was very vinegary (not a problem), the cheese was that hard shredded waxy looking parmesan, and the croutons were homemade with their wheat bread ends. If I return I'd try the fried chicken strips and maybe a burger with fries. I saw other customers...read full review
