We had such high hopes for this Atlanta classic but tonight's experience just didn't rise to the occasion. First, our entrees took an hour to arrive to the table. One person in our party ordered the tagliatelle pasta with bolagnese sauce . It was the last entree to arrive and it arrived with cold noodles and very little bolognese sauce. When the guest asked our server for more bolognese, our server brought a side dish of thin tomato sauce. When the guest then asked to talk to the chef, the manager came over and apologized for the poor quality of the entree—explaining that the restaurant was busy with a lot of guests. The guest at our table was assured that the pasta dish would be removed from the bill and was offered another entree which the guest ordered to go since everyone else at the table was done with their meal. The second entree arrived at the same time as the checks and was charged to the bill even though the guest never got to eat it. Sadly, this guest was also celebrating a birthday, which was never recognized by the restaurant. Finally, the restaurant validated our self-parking but we ended up paying almost as much as then-$15 dollar valet charge because it took so long for us to get our food and our checks. We had a reservation and we were only a party of four so I'm not sure why the restaurant had so many challenges accommodating us. The restaurant did not seem overly busy and we saw a number of staff working the floor. Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon.

Five people in our party, seated at a table that should not be a table - it is placed at the front entrance, in front of the wait-staff work station, in front of where food is picked up from the kitchen. It's loud, wait staff literally bumped into our chairs and bodies multiple times without even an apology. We asked to be moved upon arrival but was told it would take 20 minutes - even as we can see empty tables that can accommodate 5 around us. This was the first time I've had a bad meal or experience at Pasta da Pulcinella. I wish I had read the recent reviews prior - apparently our bad experience seems to be the norm lately. Sad the ownership doesn't get involved. Three of us ordered the steak - 2 ordered medium and one well done. Unimpressive looking steaks - much thinner than you should expect. Two came out very very rare, and the third was an overcooked medium. Two went back to be cooked and it took an extraordinarily long time - others were almost finished eating when out steaks finally arrived for the second time. They were still cooked uneven - well done in some aras, medium in other areas, medium-rare in others. And the taste was bland - we all reached for the salt and pepper - and the texture was extremely chewey - all three steaks were horrible cuts of beef. I love a good Ribeye - this was a bad cut of beef and it was cooked horribly wrong - twice. Then the sides - a type of broccoli that is typically delicious but it was bland and bitter. It's as if it was blanched and placed on the plate. No seasoning and nothing to rid the natural bitterness of this lovely vegetable. We were pleasant about our experience, and the server was pleasant back to us, but she was not able or willing to provide the level of service this restaurant was once known for. The server and the front desk saw all the issues and did nothing. Unfortunately that will be our last time visiting this restaurant. We miss the service and food quality that they were once known for.

We were there for a 6 party business lunch. Professional, knowledgabe and friendly service. Quie, pleasant atmosphere with a local feel. Italian food was okay but did not meet expectations. My ravioli was dense and dry. Wine by the glass choices are strong.
The food was very underseasoned, bland, and lacking flavor and freshness. What bothered us most was the fact they lie about the olive oil they serve. It's not remotely close to being olive oil. Overcharged for what was really garbage food probably frozen or premade. Would never recommend to anyone I respect. The servers were friendly though.

Parking is valet for $15. Food was very hit or miss. The app we got was terrible, the entree was fine, and the dessert was great. Server made a custom mocktail and refunded us for the app. The whole experience was fine, but there are better options around.
We've been "Da Puch" customers since they were on Peachtree- Food is consistently good! I love the Pesto Pasta - we miss the "small space" but LOVE the food!

Staff was excellent in seating and waiting on our table. Calamari was very "basic" (I would expect better for an authentic Italian eatery) and both meals were bland in taste. Cute place, but hope that the food quality improves. Also, Opendoor did not mention that valet parking was available since parking is very limited in this location.Parking: They mention parking in a hotel which was not a "very very short" walk.

If you want to be done with dinner in 30 minutes after spending $100 to eat pasta dishes that are overcooked and tasteless then this is the place to go. If not, go elsewhere.

Everyone at the table enjoyed a wonderful meal with delightful drinks.Dietary restrictions: They were great at helping me Navigate the menu to find suitable gluten free options.
First, the good. It's a pretty restaurant. The asparagus appetizer was really good. Obviously a different chef cooked everything else. We had Tagliatelle Bolognese and Pappardelle with Scallops. Both pastas were overcooked, with no flavor whatsoever. Could not be saved by either pepper or cheese. The service was similarly terrible. The waiter was in such a rush that he literally ran to our table to drop the wine. As we were eating our appetizer, he came over and demanded, “what are you ordering for dinner?” So rude! We eat out a lot and at high end restaurants, which I almost always rate 5 out of 5. This was SUCH a disappointment.
We had to be somewhere by 8 and had a reservation for 615. Although we were seated ten minutes late, the service was extremely fast and we had no problem getting to where we had to go after. Kayo (dont think that's how you actually spell it) was a great waiter!

We ordered the garlic frizee flatbread, and that was incredibly delicious. So was the calamari. I ordered the mushroom ravioli, and it came out slightly warm. When I asked for it to be reheated the ravioli was a little warmer, but the vegetables on top were raw and cold. The waiter never came back to ask if everything was OK so I sat with it. When we were done with the meal, he asked if I wanted a box and I told him no I wanted it taken off the bill. He did that. One of the other pasta dishes also needed to be reheated. The chicken Parm was OK and so was the lobster ravioli. Chocolate cake at the end was delicious. Won't be coming back.

Our server was amazing! Always with a smiling face, knowledgeable, and we felt really taken care of which made the experience. Location is extremely practical, and the atmosphere is lovely. I loved the calamari however the ravioli was mediocre. Wish i could say better things about the food. Dessert and drinks were also great. Hopefully they can improve at this newer location.

Firstly, this restaurant/house is nestled in the midst of Midtown's booming office & condo growth and is a true gem tucked in the center of it all. Our first time here and we were well taken care of from the moment we walked in to the lively Friday lunch crowd. We sat at the bar to eat with a view out the front circular windows. We were well taken care of by Tana who guided us to all the best selections on the menu answering all of our questions. Food was beyond expectations- really outstanding - topped off by birthday dessert for my husbands birthday. We will come back!
