My daughter and I both had Ramen this past Sunday 4/30/23. She had the tonkatsu with noodles only. I had the Hangover, recommended by the staff as a favorite. We also ordered the dumplings and karaage. Im disappointed that everything was absolutely without flavor. My ten year old daughter, who’s had ramen at numerous restaurants across town since the age of 6, couldn’t eat her meal because of the complete lack of flavor, which I verified. It tasted as if the broth were poured straight from a box of bone broth! My Hangover ramen was slightly more edible because of the additional ingredients and the fact I was going to have to pay for it all. We asked for salt which didn’t help because it lacked the rich flavorful essence of tonkatsu in the first place. That was our first time there as we were looking for a closer alternative to our new residence. It could of been an off night or maybe they forgot a step in the process but we will not be returning. I don’t like to complain and I was hoping our server asked if we enjoyed the meal, but he did not. He did ask if we’d like to take the leftover to go which I of course declined. Paid and we left. I stopped by McDonald’s to get my daughter a happy meal.

My friends brought me here on my last visit with the promise of a great chicken sandwich. Salaryman delivered! We shared the okra fries to start. Each of us enjoyed the fried sandwich, some with the broccoli salad on the side. Excellent food and quick service.

Great service. We had the salmon California roll, Korean style wings, Korean street corn, and the beef bulgogi steamed buns. Everything was tasty but the buns were insanely good.

Some of the best ramen around east Atlanta. Get the hangover ramen, dine in only...so that's a bummer! But it's the best in the menu

Food was hella good, prices and portion size were reasonable, location gave really chill vibes. However it did take anyone on staff a good second before coming to help. It might have been the door I walked in through though. I'll try the front door next time since I'll def be going back.Recommended.

This was, sadly, the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was barely warm and the noodles seemed to just be boxed spaghetti noodles. I was also rushed to order bc the kitchen was closing 45 mins before the restaurant closed which seemed a bit extreme to me. The atmosphere is nice though.

I'm have been a big fan of Salaryman, enjoying wings and the incredible Ramen for a few years. It's been several months since my last visit. The first thing I noticed was 4/5 menus???? Vs. one in the past. Ordered the wings to go, - and was shocked at how small they were. I'm accustom to full sized wings in a great sweet and tangy sauce. What I received was completely different - a new sauce and tiny, tiny wings. The wings resembled quail or pigeon sized wings - no exaggeration!!! I will give them another chance to meet expectations, based on the strength of their past performance. I'd check the wings b4 purchasing - just sayin.2

Entering into salaryman , it was quiet and peaceful. We were the first ones there, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves . The service was awesome , they gave great details into the menu. the food was deeeeelicious . I had a timmmeeee with my cocktail , that cocktail was busss down . I will be back, it was on my list for a while . They dont open until 5 though, but other than that we really enjoyed salary man.

Was really excited to try the ramen here after seeing it on several top list. The restaurant has a very chill vibe and the servers were nice and attentive. The ramen however did not live up to the hype. It was lacking seasoning and flavor. If you’re looking for drinks and a chill vibe Definitely check this place out…for the ramen not so much.

Called in a takeout order and the man taking my order was very... "straight to the point." Upon picking up my order, he kept confusing my name for another and handed me the wrong bag. The chicken is fried to perfection, something the south is well known for! Unfortunately, the taste of both the Korean fried chicken as well as the soy garlic was very lack luster. The sauces used were very bland. There wasn't the kick that most Korean restaurants would have on the chicken. And to be blunt, for 12 pieces of chicken and pay 28 dollars was quite expensive.

Tried this place for the first time recently. Staff was really nice, but the burger and ramen were both just ok. Ramen was not as flavorful as I would hope for. Fries came out a bit cold. I liked the vibe and want this place to do well - so I hope the many glowing reviews are true, but it's not what we experienced.

First time ordering from this place, and will be the last time too. My tonkotsu ramen had no flavor. It was so bad that I kept thinking perhaps the Uber delivery person drank half of the broth and diluted with water or had a bite of my egg? I had to put salt into the broth to make it semi-edible, and threw away the egg because it really did look half eaten.

Second time here and oh my. Let me just say other folks who have critiques may have gone on a bad night because the flavors are on point. Fried Gyoza is something else, flavorful and delish. Got the fried chicken ramen with mushrooms. The chicken definitely gets soggy in the broth but the soy broth gives it a great combo of flavors. Next time I’m going to ask for some spicy sauce and see how it tastes with a little ?. Drink is Bobbin’ for Apple and wow. If you’re looking for a drink that tastes like fall this is it!

I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen the other day and was sadly disappointed. The noodles were the consistency of what I get in a typical .99 cents ramen at the grocery store. It only had two minuscule pieces of pork that were cooked so much they were tough. The broth was nothing to write home about.

The volcano sushi was yummy. The sake in a box tradition nice and the sake was yummy. Better if you go with friends cuz only one type of sake was available in a glass. The rest were $25 and $50 plus per bottle. My yakisoba was yummy. Unfortunately the Tonkatsu wasn’t very seasoned. The pork belly was very fatty. It took at least 30 plus minutes for us to get our food and the place was not busy.
