They are promoting Acai Bowls a little as a teething spoon, they don’t customize orders, the menu is overwhelming. Today I was reminded why I stop coming to this place years ago. Never Again!!!
Smoothies are always fine, but the service is abysmal. Consistently have pickup orders that haven’t even been started when I get there 10 mins after it says it should be ready and there are no customers in the shop. Worst experience was today, when I tried to order, it said the earliest pickup time was 55 minutes from now, which is ridiculous, so I tried to call and see if that was accurate. I ordered a $12 smoothie in an allergy bowl, bc I have a nut allergy. First they made it in a regular bowl and had to make it over. I specifically had a conversation with them about my nut allergy.
