It was my first time and I got to say I really enjoyed it, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We took the ribs and chops and also tried the chicken wings and let me tell you the ribs were soft and cooked at perfect temperature. It was just amazing. They had a few side options to go with the mean like green beans and some eggplant stew which were nice. Best thing is it’s even halal so I’d totally recommend it. It is next to a masjid which I thought was nice.

While waiting for a tow truck in the pouring rain, I decided to check this place out because I drive past so often. The woman at the tea counter made the best cup of tea I’ve ever had. Got the caramel apple ceylon - a seasonal specialty. Definitely recommend!

A rather underwhelming experience, considering I drove across town especially for my visit…ok food, ok service, ok dining atmosphere…on par with what one can expect at most atlanta restaurants, which is a sad testament to the dining-out scene here in a “major” u.s. city.

The food and the bean pie are always so delicious and tasty! Consistency in the food preparation is important and they have perfected their dishes. Halal and healthy! We had chicken dinner and lamb shank dinner with tasty veggies seasoned to perfection!

Ive been to this cafe a few times and the staff is great. My only suggestion is some of the dishes could use some improvements. The mac & cheese is mostly loose noodles with cheese on top, which means not enough cheese sauce is being used in the recipe, possibly to cut costs. Good mac & cheese is typically pricey. If you need to charge more, so be it. Customers will pay if they're getting good quality. The corn bread is also a bit dry/hard and always overdone, which means they need new pans. It isn't soft and golden. A new recipe wouldn't hurt either. It's neither buttery corn bread or sweet corn bread. It's just cornmeal with no flavor. On the othed hand, fhey have a great cheese steak and great wings. I still suppport and think it's a great community restaurant and they'll continue to get my business.

I love coming here food is always good, other then the occasional random need of a little salt. I do not like when a buisness changing quantity is promoting one thing, but you do not receive it and still charge the same price.
