Brassica is an upscale bar with dim lightning, located inside, The Waldorf Hotel. Brassica bar staff is friendly that offers great service. The corn bisque and steak frites were very good. The duck wing appetizer was ok, but the wings had very little meat. Our server was excellent. He brought us a congratulatory red velvet cake but unfortunately it was dry. I then ordered a chocolate cake and it was equally as dry. Plus the ice cream was overly frozen and slightly watery taste. A delicious breakfast served with superior elegance. The waitstaff proved exceptionally friendly and dedicated to friendly service. Our meals arrived without an excessive wait. The restaurant looks and feels southern contemporary. I will dine here again when lodging at the Waldorf Astoria.
