Tabby was in town and in usual Tabby flow she was exploring the atlasobscura website and came across The Consulate. As such, we decided to go. We had reservations for 06:15 on a Friday. Arriving about 20 minutes early as traffic happened to be light, we were able to be seated early without any issues. One of the best dining experiences we've had in years! Jordan took incredible care of us throughout our meal, which was no small feat to satisfy everyone's needs and wants. He provided outstanding, honest recommendations and we ended up with one of the most satisfying meals any of us can remember. The Munster Minis and Sopa Paraguaya set us up beautifully.
