Food was good but floors were so dirty as you walked in and continued through out. If we hadn't come so far to celebrate a birthday we would have gone somewhere else. On the other hand and our server was as great as the food.Parking: We parked around the corner ?. Parking is HORRIBLE.

Walked in today at 2:40pm (hours say open until 3pm) and the lady behind the bar threw a look to another worker annd they had a sort of a silent commentary between each other and then she turned back to me and said "We're closed. We're getting work done in the kitchen". Lots of others were still eating. Last day in Atlanta from California and I wanted to visit. If they were closed or not seating after a certain time, the hours or a sign should reflect that.

The food is not good. The only thing that was worth eating was the bacon and chicken sausage. THE MEATS ARE GOOD, but bread items are horrible. The pancakes tasted like flour, and the French toast was Uncooked the middle.. the portions are huge but were left on the table. Oh, and the tea tasted old and wasn't sweet.
We asked for menus and we were told to just scan the QR code when there were menus up front when we walked in. Believe it or not some people still like to hold and look at menus. When our waitress brought our drinks we were not ready to order because we had to scan the QR code for the menu. She told us to take our time and she'll be back. 20 minutes later we're still watching her sitting down on her cell phone. Horrible experience. The staff used to be so professional. I will NOT be returning.

It's Sunday morning. I came in when they opened. They opened late and had me waiting until the white people stood there and then they opened the door. It was no urgency at all to open and I stood outside until 5 Street. It was cold and I arrived here 5 min before they opened. The young lady who took my order didn't greet me. She was really short and seemed like she didn't really feel upto it. There stood be smiles and greeting as your 1st customers come in. Give me the same experience that you will be hopefully giving everyone who patronized this restaurant all day. They was still basically still set up and NO ONE looks Happy to be here. NOT 1 SMILEVegetarian options: A lot of VeggieKid-friendliness: No cursing

My first visit to Thumbs Up Diner and I was impressed! My server Alfredo was paying attention to everything and not once did I have to request a refill or anything. The food presentation was great and it popped! Now build in Augusta and I'll go a few times a week.Great atmosphere and music and I love the exposed brick . Today I was at Thumbs Up Diner for the first time and it was beyond expectations! Alfredo my server bowled me over with great service, my drink never went empty and Alfredo was very attentive. The food presentation looks great and the portions are very good compared to other diners! my Sedona Omelette was delicious and had Chicken Sausage and Avocado which was nice that I didn't have to pay extra. The prices were fair for the means and it was a nice atmosphere with great music and exposed brick
I would go all the time except for my 2 hour drive from Augusta!
