“This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend when I shared my regular Pho place wasn't the same the past few months. The Pho broth is clean and classic. I normally don't eat anything other than pho but the Shaking Beef was recommended and it swept me away ?Will be coming here regularly from now on. Delicious!Parking: Plenty of parking spots.“
“I ordered 2 beef phos from here tonight. I usually dine in here but my partner was sick so I got it to go to help make him feel better. There was a small issue with the order but I called back, a little frustrated (and I shouldn’t have) but the gentleman that assisted me in the restaurant was quick to help (I hope he gets a raise or something). I am very gracious he was so patient. Let me tell you though, the pho was phenomenal and so flavorful. It cheered my partner right up. Thank y’all and I will be back soon!“
“We had an exceptional dinner! We had 2 more people than excepted and not only did they work with us to adjust but it ended up being a private room that was much quieter and perfect for our loud group of 10 ladies! If you're looking for a private room for a small group the Lotus Room is the perfect spot!“
“Road trip with my dad and of course dining out at different cafes, bakeries and restaurants are part of the experience while nurturing your souls. That's being said and typical born and raised Vietnamese, we craved for Pho (having your own bowl) of whatever your heart desire. They've three different sizes of bowl and happy to said i chose the medium but golly "it's a large in most places". Like usual, the Đặc biệt is what I love as it has everything and should satisfy meat lovers. First spoon of the savory and deep rich tasting broth tells me...it's going to hit the spot. I can definitely see why this was one of Atlanta favorite pho spot and they didn't disappoint. If I'm ever back this way and craving for that soothing comfort pho then this should do it.“
“Elevated food and atmosphere. Inside it felt more like a Vietnamese restaurant you'd find in Singapore than in Vietnam. The Pho might seem like a boring choice when looking at the full menu, but Get The Pho at least once. The broth is homemade and perfect.“
“Colonial Kitchen has become a favorite place to dine! Gourmet food at reasonable prices, stylish, cozy ambiance, wonderful patio, excellent service. I still prefer eating outdoors for Covid safety, and they are happy to oblige, where many places refuse to serve, even if they have seating available! Very grateful!!“
“I don't eat Ramen or Udon at all, but I like the pho at this restaurant. You can eat a large portion for around $16. However, sometimes the taste is bland or the temperature of the soup is low. All store staff do not greet customers when they enter the restaurant, do not thank customers when they check out, or when they leave the restaurant. There is a table on the sidewalk at the entrance to the restaurant, and Asian employees are sitting there smoking cigarettes during their business hour.“
“Everything about the Collective is amazing. The food, the people, the neighborhood, etc. We've never had a bad meal here, and with vendors periodically rotating the options change once or twice a year. The newest resident is Tony's. Authentic Italian beef & Chicago style dogs. Get the beef with hot peppers, and dipped in au jus, you will not be disappointed!“
“Everything was great! As expected for a busy holiday like Valentine's, the reservations before us were camping at their tables which put them about 30 min behind but that's not anyone's fault besides some inconsiderate customers. Service was good and food was even better. Still thinking about the soft shell crab BLT buns!“
“I've been living in Cabbagetown for two years and just tried this place a week ago. I have been eating pho since I was a kid. I feel like an idiot for not trying this place sooner. I am sitting here, the second time in a week, to get my new pho fix. You need to try this place.“
“I cannot recommend this pho place in Atlanta enough! My husband and I are regular customers and every time we visit, we are blown away by the fresh and delicious flavors of their chicken and beef pho. It has become our go-to place for a hearty and satisfying meal. ut what truly sets this place apart is the excellent service and the helpful recommendations from the staff. On our last visit, the man who usually takes our orders suggested trying the pho with egg noodles instead of the usual rice noodles.Let me tell you, it was a game-changer! I can no longer eat pho any other way.“
“I haven't been to a Doc Chey's in many years, and only once since the one in Asheville, NC, closed. I'm so glad I remembered this is here and got to stop in while in the area for work! Food, service, everything was absolutely amazing, and exactly how I remembered it still all these years later. I think there's something to be said for that. I'm glad the menu still has my faves. The Thai shrimp rolls may just change your life. This is the last remaining location, and I pray it never closes. Wish they'd come back to Asheville, but I'm definitely going to find any excuse I can to come back this way for work so I can stop in and relish in the goodness yet again!“
“This was my second time visiting this restaurant and I had another great experience. I ordered the salmon poke bowl and beef pho to go. While I waited for my order, I walked around and browsed some of the shops and markets. After about 15 minutes, my food was ready. The salmon poke bowl with all the toppings was beyond delicious. However, I was not a fan of the pho. The broth tasted sour and was very dark in color. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be getting the poke again though.“
“WOW!! What a warm welcoming. I am from Michigan and just stopped in for a quick lunch with family and the service here is amazing! They were so helpful with the menu, refreshed our waters when low and the food came out so quick I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to highlight one server but could not remember his name, but the entire staff was helpful so they all deserve to be recognized! When I am in town again, I will for sure return!“
“Area is nice. Includes a dog park and a park for children. They also have a bar and nice seating area outdoors. I had the Colombian food and it was good. I had one arepa and juice and it was $20 so I'm assuming food here is kind of over priced just judging by some of the menus I observed. The people working at the Colombian place were nice and attentive.“
“I just had the vegan pho and it was the best pho I’ve ever had. I’ve been up and down Buford Hwy eating pho over the years and Banh Mi at the Works was incredible. Delicious broth, fresh vegetables and I love the way they do their tofu: very thin and great flavor. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Fresh vegetables!! And delicious tofu!“
“I don’t know why this restaurant only 4.2 Stars, this restaurant is higher than 5 stars, the food is really good the chili is amazing, really quiet and comfortable, if have 10 I will give this pho place 10 stars, this is the best Pho at Atlanta, I came here 14 times already.“
“This is a new spot downtown. It seems like there are two restaurant establishments in this one space (so convenient imo), Thai Downtown and another Vietnamese restaurant. Just outside along the street you can find parking. Across the street is the Municipal Market. The inside of the restaurant has a bunch of tables that are very well decorated. I ordered their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, extra spicy. It took a minute to get the food but it was good. The noodles were wide and soft, not over cooked. They gave me about 7 pieces of shrimp, standard size. However, the dish lacked basil and veggies - they were there (just green and red peppers) but microscopic except for the onions. There were a TON of onions. I usually like a lot of flavor from the vegetables and herbs and I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't add the shrimp and extra spicy flavor. Would I go back? Yeah, but I would avoid the people at the counter since they weren't so friendly and order at the computer instead.“
“While spending some time, on a cold day, at PCM we decided to get Pho. We stopped by Vietvana and I ordered the veggie broth based pho with tofu. I loved that the tofu was fried. The flavor of the broth was really good. The only constructive criticism I have is that I would have liked some vegetables in the pho. The tofu pho came with noodles, jalapenos and onions. Some broccoli, carrots, etc. would've been nice. Additionally, this pho did not come with the traditional pho toppings: bean sprouts, basil, etc. I would definitely return if at PCM.“
“The fried rice, and pho we ordered were lenggg ? the staff member was very nice and welcoming too. And in case if there’s any Vietnamese people that can’t speak English, the staff members are able to speak Vietnamese to customers. Brilliant service. Good restaurant location to get Vietnamese food to take out!!“
“I love this place!! AMAZING service, and great food!! I came to eat on a Wednesday night, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have live poetry on Wednesdays, from 8-12! Its the ideal place for a date night/ night out with friends.“
“As one of the few late-night options open in Midtown, it’s nice to have an alternative to greasy bar food. They’re open until 2 am most days, but I recommend calling ahead and asking if you decide to go after midnight. One of the days I wanted to go, it was already closed by 11:00 pm. When I called ahead the next day, they apologized and said they’d been understaffed the previous day.I did finally go around 12:30 am, and the staff worked diligently balancing customers coming in to dine and what seemed like a never-ending line of delivery drivers coming to pick up orders. I ordered the pork BBQ banh mi and spring rolls, and my husband ordered the rare steak pho. They were all excellent! The pho broth was very flavorful, and the steak was very tender. Sometimes, pho broth can be very bland, but that was not the case. My banh mi had very tender pork and a light but flavorful barbecue sauce that I enjoyed.“
“I loved everything about this place. Though it was cold outside. We sat on the patio. The heat lamps didn't disappoint. Neither did the food. The brussel sprouts were amazing, and I adored the ribs, lobster rangoons with the sauce, shrimp tempura, and fried beef dumplings. The service was perfect, accommodating without being intrusive. I recommend this place for a date night, or even solo for the laidback atmosphere.“
“My second time having pho since living here and I must say this place was the best of the two. The spicy beef broth has a lot of flavor.. The meat was very tender. It was even better after adding everything. Didn’t give 5 stars because I wanted spring rolls but they didn’t have the peanut sauce.. Will definitely be returning.“
“Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. The pork and vegetable banh mi sandwich (#10 on the menu) served on homemade bread was incredible. We also ordered #14 on the menu (their famous Pho) which perfectly complemented the sandwich. The owner was very friendly and personable. We look forward to coming back!Parking: Plenty of parking spots right next to the restaurant.“
