“I came here last week Thursday after having a bad experience at a different fast food restaurant minutes earlier. I actually had not been here in over a year because every time I would come the staff would be rowdy and unprofessional and/or the inside would be closed an hour or more earlier than posted. So I came to give it one last shot here and it was waaaay better! The food wasn't piping hot but it was good enough. Every one greeted me and was nice. I don't know if it was because the store manager was there but if he wasn't I'm not sure if I would have got the same treatment. The store manager was nice to me too. I hope to visit the restaurant again soon because I did eat good for the amount I paid. All this in the picture was about $7 or less.“

“Grabbing THREE uber eats orders and I see a packed line of other delivery drivers here along with normal customers. These employees are killing it, grinding hard, and getting these orders out as fast as they can.Normally fast food restaurants past midnight just say "We're out of food," or "We're closed," in an attempt to relax for the night, so coming here was a pleasant surprise.“
“when my wife and I went in we were greeted by Mo and her beautiful smile and beautiful personality. We placed our order looking upon a clean kitchen and a 100% health score. we proceeded to sit at any table we wanted as all were clean as were the floors. “I'm vegetarian so I go there for breakfast occasionally to get a Swiss egg croissant combo I like the fries that they provide for breakfast different than hash browns very good tasting but the funny thing is every time I go to the drive-thru I might be the only person in the Drive-Thru line but as soon as I pull up to the window and pay she tells me to pull up to the little gate by the door and they'll bring it out to me which is bizarre I hate being banished off to that section of the dark parking lot we have to wait for your food“
“This Wendy's is conveniently located along the Howell Mill shopping complex. I come here often to get their app offers. Helps me save a lot on my food.The place has lots of seating and has quick service. I just have one minor complaint about an old African American lady (I assume she is a manager here). She doesn't know how customer service works and gives off rude vibes. Often other employees take over and ensure things run smoothly which is nice.The place has plenty of parking, and is hygienic too. They have free wifi too. Wendy's just ain't the same since Dave passed away. We talked about how we loved the salad bar with all the toppings ? bacon, ham, cheese, eggs, cherry tomatoes, etc. There was jello and whipped cream. The baked potato with all the toppings sour cream, chives, etc. The frosty was the best?in a way bigger cup??I miss the old Wendy's. The server really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, their drink machines weren't acting right and she made sure I had ice and a drink from their drive through drink machine before finding out the hard way.I got their new chicken sandwich, and it was great. “My go to breakfast place whenever I am in the area for my Doctor’s Appointments. Super friendly staff. The Chef always gets my Steak preference right. And it has quaint diner vibes.I will say they don’t have a huge parking space but it’s never really full the many times I’ve been to the location.“
“In my experience, the workers always seem pleasant. The service is slow but the acknowledgment from the workers makes up for the lack of speedy service. I recommend placing a mobile order ahead of time to avoid waiting in drive-thru, at least you get to skip the wait.“

“Despite being probably one of the busiest Wendys in the world, they processed the long line super fast, and I was happy to see a pick up line.. no gaggles around the counter! I asked for no pickles and got it, the burger was fresh and good.. overall very satisfied. The manager here should get a serious raise for keeping the line going so well.“
