They have messed up almost every order I make. Today I ordered a 3 piece classic combo and 5 blackened tenders. They gave me 3 wings meant for the wing boxes and classic tenders. Thanks for charging me 20$ for less food than a 10$ combo. Absolutely appalling.

When you go to Popeyes you aren’t going for the service…with that said you still expect to be treated like a person and not extremely rudely. Especially seeing as the Popeyes on base pays everybody starting out $15 and hour. To be rude to a service member is the lowest form of disgusting and that’s how me and my husband were treated when we came here to get a bite to eat. The cashier was beyond rude to the point my calm husband was about to say something to the lady being rude to me. She smacked her lips and made faces the whole time and then corrected the way I was ordering in a derogatory manner. Like I said to be rude to service members and there families is the lowest form of disgusting. She didn’t deserve the grace I gave her by not being just a rude but I’ve always been taught give kindness in situations like this. If it continues to happen I’m going to report her to the base commander myself and see to it Popeyes corporate knows how this location treats service members and there families.

They weren't busy, but it took 38 minutes to get my small order. They need better expeditors. Others in line were waiting just as long. Asking the young girl at the register for help or am update was pointless. She just muttered something. If you are in a hurry, don't come here! One doordash driver was waiting 46 minutes!
The slowest most unorganized popeyes ever. After waiting for 30 minutes they messed up the order. And there was 5 of them working. In fact everyone's orders were wrong. The worst fast food crew I've ever seen.

Please stop over breading the nuggets. You started off great and it became my favorite but now some of the "nuggets" no meat or are 75% breading. Even if they are small it's better than getting a box filled with fried breading.
