This place is just mediocre. It's themed and plays loud Mexican music. The food is bland even the mediocre restaurants in AZ are more flavorful than here. There are made up "Mexican" food items on the menu. It's just okay. The service here is hot or miss.
I'm not typically a high rater. To get 5 stars, knock my socks off; 4 stars is good. I'm going with 5 stars on this place. Why - wife and I have been coming here for a few years and I've never left a review, mainly because it is a typical local Mexican restaurant. BUT, they are consistently GOOD. Real cool place. Getting here at 11 am probably helped with the easy service. Got the chicken fajita taco salad. Incredible. 3 dollar lunch margaritas are great. $36.54 for two taco salads and two margaritas.
