“This is a wonderful place. I don't know if it was really an old sawmill or not but it sure gives you the idea of country kitchen. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and everyone enjoyed it. Make sure you get a glass of sweet tea. it has a little market with some specialty items and the service is incredible. Very very friendly country style. I had the honey glazed fried chicken with two sides, and a biscuit with sweet iced tea, Delicious. my friends had the chicken casserole and the pork sandwich and they both raved about their meals. This place is very reasonably priced and the food is delicious.”
“The menu can't adequately describe the creativity of this chef. He made a simple meatloaf become a masterpiece with so many blended flavors. The foods are fresh with a large variety of offerings. Nothing fancy in the atmosphere, after all, it's on a farm!”
“My husband and I have been there twice and loved the food each time. Great place. You do need to make a reservation as both times we were there we saw people being turned away as all tables were booked already.”
“GET THE CUBAN SANDWICH! Yep, get the Cuban. Very tasty. No bar, so it's mostly fountain bevs. Service is QUICK. Cost is reasonable. Good atmosphere. Stays near the top of my list, especially for lunches. RECOMMENDED!”
“Came here today for my dad's birthday and was very pleased with the service and food. Automatically welcomed with a warm smile by what seemed like the only server on the floor. I got the Cuban sandwich dinner and it made me actually like pickles in a sandwich! And they've got some really good ranch that has an extra seasoning I can't quite place but is absolutely delish. Got some of the best corn fritters and onion rings as well! The onion actually stayed in the ring and the corn fritters were surprisingly sweet and salty served with a nice cheese sauce. After we were finished with appetizers and main dishes, dad and I shared some of their homemade flan and were blown away! We really appreciated the kind gentleman and server who checked up on us frequently, Kind sir who I assume is either the owner or manager shared some history and told us about how they have a new special every week. They were so sweet, even for being short staffed! Definitely will be frequenting here and excited to try the new things they have to offer! Much love and thank you so much for the generosity and hospitality!<3”
“Best BBQ I gave ever had!!! The Brunswick stew is phenomenal (order the large you won't regret it!!!). A word of advice: Go early like 11:00AM, because they will run out of the favorites. You can call before 11:00AM, but they won't answer the phone after 11:00AM.”
“This place is phenomenal. Best place to get a steak, but also the best place to eat in Blairsville. High quality ingredients and friendly staff. Live music nights as well. This place is awesome.”
“I’m 47 years old and eat BBQ regularly. This was by far some of the best I’ve ever had. The brisket was the juiciest and most tender I’ve ever eaten. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the wings were excellent. Baked beans and potato salad were also good. We tried three of the sauces and all were excellent. He let us sample a piece of the turkey and it was absolutely delicious. If we lived closer, we would eat here all the time. I’m already planning to come up here next Thanksgiving to get some of this turkey. It’s worth the drive.”
“Some damn good BBQ. It's a rustic hole-in-the-wall, so don't expect table service or any fancy experiences. As long as you're there for amazing food and nothing else -- you're going to love it. It's a good spot to get away from worries about polite society and just gnaw into great southern BBQ.Vegetarian options: Coleslaw is about it.Wheelchair accessibility: Gravel seating area, but doable.Dietary restrictions: Probably not the place.”
“Love this place! Authentic, amazing food. Splurge and have the Greek Fries. You'll be glad you did!Wheelchair accessibility: Could easily move about the restaurant in a wheelchair. Level parking.”
“Great spot for an inexpensive, and Delicious meal, the salad bar is really nice, fresh and stocked well and regularly. The pizza is the some of the best buffet pizza you can get, always a good selection of different pizzas and they also take requests for different pizzas to be put on the buffet. I can't speak to the dessert items as I'm always too full from salad, bread (which is Delicious bread sticks in a garlic butter) and pizza to go for the desserts. I try to eat here at least once a week when I'm in town. The staff is always very friendly and professional, plenty of seating, and usually fairly busy but I've always been able to find a place to sit. There's a game room for kids in the back as well. All in all I highly recommend trying downtown pizza company as in my opinion it's the best buffet pizza around!”
“There are 3 things I look for when eating out: taste, service, and value. Everyone in our group felt that Rib City hit the first two out of the park! The brisket is the best I've ever had. Our server, Susan, was awesome. I think their prices are a tad high. Being charged extra for "premium sides" is annoying. That being said, the food quality was outstanding and merits a return visit; maybe they offer coupons?”
“This might possibly be one of the best burger places I have ever been. Cooked perfectly, fairly speedy, and definitely affordable. I am so glad to have found this gem!”
“Great BBQ. The ribs are very meaty and nicely prepared. The Brunswick Stew is full of meat, and the Mexican Sausage Casserole is delicious. All the food was delicious - Plenty of food and a lot to take home. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Although it is mostly a takeout place there is some porch seating and a small dining room, it was a great place for a Saturday outing. They have plans to build a new and bigger restaurant nearby...I sure hope they maintain the quality of the food and the friendly service so more people can linger over great BBQ.”
“The food is great. The owner is creative with each week's special. The staff always greet you with a friendly face and appreciated words. The hours of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday make us have another reason to look forward to the weekends.Kid-friendliness: They are kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility.”
