A very simple atmosphere with very good food! Not a big menu, but good food. We had a BLT on a croissant-really great with crispy bacon, chicken and wild rice soup-the best I’ve ever had, salad with house made tomato dressing-excellent! Every other place in town has their own twist on a basic meal, here you will find it like your grandmother would make it! Reasonable prices as well.
I eat here every time I'm in the mountains. The food is consistently good.. service is good. The tomato basil soup is to die for, and I love a good Ruben. Not always convient parking, but we find a spot and walk and enjoy just shopping until we get there.

We ate there @ Canterberry’s yesterday 2/26/24. We are local first timers and had out of town guest. Had tuna on rye w/fruit cup, Rubin on rye w chips, chicken salad on white w/pasta salad. Will definitely 100 % go back. Sandwiches were great!! Will pick some up, take home for dinner sometime. Keep up the good work because so many restaurants are inferior. Murphy Casino restaurant WAS really good top grade, ate there same day and now it is AWFUL!!! Must have a different chef....read full review
