Fat & Fine Crab Shack

Loved the shrimp plate. Really good peel-n-eat shrimp. The extras (sausage, half corn cob, redskin potatoes, and a hard-boiled egg) made for a large meal. Very tasty. They were out of blue crabs when I got there, and several people came in after me who wanted to order the crabs, so I guess they're real popular.

The atmosphere is very cheerful. I love the cute signs posted throughout the restaurant. The fried shrimp and grouper were delicious The sides of corn nuggets and boiled potatoes were yummy. The majority of the ten steamed blue crabs we ordered were full. We were not pleased with the fact that there was an unessasary overabundance of drawn butter poured on top of them. What a great spot for lunch, dinner or carry-out. Limited parking area but more spaces available on the street. Walk in and order at the register and they bring it to your table. Diner type atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Self serve soft drinks, tea and condiments. We shared a combo meal with two large pieces of grouper and eight shrimp.
